Everything about this cruise was just absolute perfection - loved every moment of it and wished it was longer! We had such a spacious room with the most spectacular view from both the bed and bath. The ship was pristine clean and beautifully furnished. The food was delicious and the service even better! The staff, especially Andrew and Kim were so attentive and had outstanding customer service. Also, they know how to make great cocktails which is sometimes hard to find in Vietnam! Such great value for money for what you get, would highly recommend!

Everything. Perfect staying on Halong Bay. It’s a must-do if you are visiting. Great food, very clean and comfortable room. After researching on different options, I’m very happy that I decided to on board Erina. Staff ask too much about providing a positive review. Also, they should be more considerate for solo travelers - all seats in dining area were for families and couples. If one person is paying for two people’s price, they deserve a window seat or at least dining in peace with a decent table alone.

A lovely introduction to a beautiful part of the world, booking a cruise to Ha Long Bay can be quite discombobulating, so many choices….. Our room, large ensuite and balcony were perfect for us. Very friendly crew, super helpful. Andrew deserves a special mention for his excellent service.

Ernie cruise was lovely. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Andrew was great host and looked after us and super friendly. Food was lots of seafood but if you don’t eat seafood they changed lunch to more vegetarian and meat which made it feel more personal and caring. Drinks and cocktails were great. Kim was very friendly also and everyone always had smile on their face which was great to see

Had the best 2 days with Erina cruise. The food , entertainment and our room were all to such a high standard. It was our anniversary and after letting them know we were so kindly upgraded to the honeymoon suite. The room was huge and had amazing views and its own bathtub. The best part about the cruise was without a doubt the personalised interactions we had with both members of staff called Kim and Vodka. Kim was so professional and very informative. Vodka made our stay so enjoyable, constantly making us laugh and always greeting us with a smile. He was also very informative and maintained the right level of professionalism. The boat was in great shape and seemed much nicer than the other companies we saw in the bay Honestly can’t fault it. Especially for the price Even though the weather wasn’t great the heated jacuzzi more than made up for it.

The service was brilliant! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. They were helpful, friendly and professional. We would like to say a special thank you to Kim and Andrew, who provided fantastic hospitality throughout our time on the cruise. We absolutely loved our room, which was of a superb quality and had beautiful views of Ha Long Bay. We loved everything about the cruise from start to finish. The whole experience was top-quality.

The cruise was extremely clean, comfortable and well organised. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful, particularly Andrew and Kim who we dealt with throughout our stay. The food was great and we bought some cocktails on board which were delicious! Definitely recommend! You definitely don't get full use of the boats facilities/activities when the weather is cold/wet, although the crew do as much as possible to still make it great - I'd imagine it would be even more amazing in good weather!

I thought the cruise was very good and interesting. Definitely worth staying 2 nights rather than 1. All of the staff were very attentive especially a young man called Tony who looked after us really well in the restaurant and bar.

Halong Bay is breath taking and this cruise made experience it all nice and smooth. The staff was helpful and very kind. Special shoutout to Jason, who made sure I wouldn't accidentally eat foods that do not fit my diet 🙏 The rooms are very clean and spacious. The balcony and big window created the perfect frame to admire the views. The pool area is great! Foods were tasty, as well as the cocktails. We loved that you got complementary snacks throughout the day, so it was impossible to go hungry. While food & snacks were complementary, everything else was expensive (drinks, beers, coffee). There was luckily 2l of water in the room and free water during mealtimes. For example, outside of breakfast, if you wanted a basic cup of coffee, it would be a whopping 69k. So just prepare for these prices and you'll be ok :)
