Unbelievably helpful owner- I had a bit of a health issue while away and she went above and beyond to help me. Nice, quiet location; with great food (cooked by owner) at a great price.

I enjoyed the service, friendliness of the staff and the home feel created by the family that ran the homestay. The breakfast and lunches were delicious and was home made, authentic to the local area. The family went above and beyond to help us out alot of the times and we are thankful for that. Some of the minor features of the bathroom area needed to be repaired and I had to let the staff know to fix them.

Got upgraded to a private room the first night was only with 1 other person then had the room to myself! Had perfect hot showers and free breakfast!

The place is very calm because it is not in the city center, but still at 10 minutes walking from it. Perfect laundry and very sweet and kind owner. The price was very convenient. Perfect base camp in Sapa, because they kept my luggage safe while I was trekking around. Thank you for all your help ! The dormitory was a little bit cold for me, so I booked the private room instead, which was more comfortable, with warming blankets, and had a very good price !

The homestay area was quiet and cozy. They have 2 storey attached room. The room got a heater bedding,hot shower. Recommended for a budget stay. If come in winter, it was very cold.There was no heater in the room but they got a fire place but didn't know if it could be used or not.better ask the owner. Got 2 halal restaurants near the homestay by walking distance. Can view the top of Fansipan from the roof top.

Wow. What an incredible little property nestled right in the mountains of Sapa, just a 5 min walk from Sapa town centre. Tam & the rest of the staff couldn’t have done any more to make us comfortable. This is the best place I have stayed in my entire 3 month trip!! Thank you so so much to Green HomeStay Sapa❤️ Ground floor rooms all have Mountain View rooms, free breakfast included & super easy to arrange onward travel, Tam was sooooo helpful. Nothing!!! Perfect property

We were accomodated in 6a.m.,directly after bus from CatBa has arrived. Beds have electric heating mat, it was very comfortable. The owner cooked to our kids in 10 p.m. pho, because, they were hungry after motorbike trip.

Location was good only a 15 minute walk to the centre, staff were so friendly we arrived at 12pm and they checked us in. We were lucky enough our room got the sunrise so watched it on our balcony and the heated mattress topper was a bonus as was cold in the night! We also booked the trekking tour through them.

Receptionist/owner is absolutely lovely, assisted with any issues and always has a smile on her face. She has a young daughter you can see she loves but still works hard to keep the place clean and running Breakfast was a little average and they didn't serve any other food. Would take them to another level If they did
