Nice location. Just in front of Sa Pa Lake. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, There are enough choice for breakfast , good taste. Our two bedroom suite were wonderful. beds are clean and comfortable . Walking distance to everything. VALUE FOR MONEY.

The location was perfect and accessible. The view on our balcony was really wonderful. Friendly and accommodating staff. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We’ll definitely book this hotel again when we come back to Sapa! None

Chỗ nghỉ sạch sẽ, gần trung tâm. Nhân viên nhiệt tình. Nhà mình đến sớm từ 7h sáng nhưng có phòng trống nên được check-in luôn không phụ thu. Phòng nội thất đơn giản nhưng khá rộng, thoáng. Có điều hoà 2 chiều. Bình nước nóng dung tích hơi bé nên tắm nhanh hết nước ấm.

Khách sạn ở vị trí thuận tiện, trên con đường rất nhiều quán cà phê, nhà hàng, đi bộ vài phút là tới nhà thờ đá Sapa và ga tàu Mường Hoa để đi Fansipan (Sun Plaza). Là một trong số ít khách sạn ở trung tâm có bãi đỗ xe ô tô rộng rãi và an toàn. Phòng view hồ phong cảnh tuyệt đẹp, đầy đủ tiện nghi, thiết bị và nội thất đều mới. Điều hoà hai chiều ấm áp trong những ngày không khí lạnh tràn về. Máy nước nóng hoạt động tốt, tha hồ tắm gội không sợ run. :) Buổi sáng buffet nhiều món, tất cả đều rất ngon miệng, nhất là món phở. Đặc biệt dành tặng lời khen cho các nhân viên ở đây, từ lễ tân, phục vụ nhà hàng đến nhân viên làm phòng đều rất nhiệt tình, lễ phép, dễ thương và trách nhiệm. Không có điểm trừ nào cả. Một kỳ nghỉ thật tuyệt vời. Chắc chắn chúng tôi sẽ trở lại và lưu trú ở đây.

+ Personal war immer sehr freundlich + Klimaanlage, die auch heizen kann (v.a. im Winter wertvoll) + nach Ankunft von Nachtbus durften wir bereits um 7 am einchecken! Dies wohl nur bei genügend Platz möglich + nach zweitages Wanderung durften wir nochmals duschen + bequeme Betten + sauber + heiss Wasser vorhanden - nicht alle vom Personal konnten gut englisch sprechen - Frühstück nur asiatisch und teilweise kalt statt warm - zweitages Wanderung über Hotel gebucht: hat alles geklappt aber haben verstanden, dass wir bei Locals übernachten und nicht in "Luxus"-Unterkunft, die von Locals gebaut wurde ;) - Nachtbus nach Halong über Hotel gebucht: schlimmste Busfahrt, die wir je hatten. Die Verspätung von 1.5 Stunden hat uns nicht gestört. Aber der Bus wurde masslos überbucht. Im Gang liegen überall Locals, hatten dadurch noch weniger Platz als normal; Kissen und Decke mussten wir uns erkämpfen...; der Bus hatte nicht mal Vorhänge; gehen davon aus, dass das Hotel (wie immer hier in Asien) weiterhin mit diesem Busunternehmen/Freund arbeiten wird, deshalb raten wir davon ab!!

Mình được một người bạn giới thiệu đến nghỉ chỗ này và đúng là rất hài lòng. Khách sạn ngay trung tâm rất tiện lợi, phòng rất sạch sẽ, tiện nghi đầy đủ. Có quán Cafe ngay cạnh hồ rất chill. Nhân viên thân thiện, trách nhiệm hướng dẫn cho ăn uống và tham quan đầy đủ nhiệt tình. Không có!
