Nice location, comfortable and you will get 10% for lunch and dinner at their restaurant. The room is superb and very well maintained We stayed at the 5th floor and the water pressure is low. They asked to move to another room but we dont want to do it. Therefore, they allowed to shower at anothet room which is superb

Biggest standout was the staff. From arrival to departure they went out of their way to assist in anything we needed. Good sized modern room with a walk on balcony. The breakfast included was freshly made for you and we ended up eating there for two of the nights as the pizzas and pasta were so so good!! Unfortunately we arrived when there was a spell of cold weather so the hotel was freezing throughout! Uncomfortable eating breakfast and dinner and our room did not seem to heat up at all so we woke cold every morning. We were situated above the ground floor so a lot of noise from the kitchen area every morning.

Great place to stay! Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Food in the restaurant was quite good, a little on the pricier side though. We had booked a Mountain View room but since we arrived early, the available room had a partial view. On asking the staff about it, they were happy to change my room to the adjacent one which had a great view. I had a very good experience staying with them and they were very helpful throughout the stay. I even rented a bike from them which was in pretty good condition. Location is perfect, it’s just a 5 min walk from Sapa square. Would recommend this place if you’re staying in Sapa.

Nice clean, cosy hotel in the middle of Sapa. Friendly staff. Breakfast was included and very tasty. The bed was quite hard, which I like anyway but might be uncomfortable for some people.

Les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux. Et le restaurant vaut le détour car la cuisine est vraiment très bonne , entre autres la cuisine italienne. Nous sommes restés deux fois dans cet établissement et chaque fois ce fut un énorme plaisir. Emplacement pas trop éloigné du centre, calme, et vue magnifique sur la vallée .
