Location, athough a little uphill, is located about 3 mins away from Sapa Station, where all the action happens. A quiter option as compared to getting a hotel at the center. Some guests at the lobby area may be too noisy that can be heard on the other floors.

Fantastic room, lovely staff, best sleep after a long and hard hike up Fansipan. We also got massages at their location across the street which were lovely. The breakfast is basic but nice. We felt well taken care of! For the spa, I wouldn’t strongly recommend the sauna for two people because it was quite small, but it was much needed when we went so it did the job!

Gorgeous hotel with the nicest staff. Originally booked one night ended up staying for five nights. Lovely clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. The girls on reception are so welcoming and helped with anything we needed Nothing

Breakfast was simple with not much / repeated options, but was good. The staff was polite and kind. The location is excellent. 5mins walkable to the SaPa station and the center. The stay was good, no problems. Breakfast spread could be better with more veg or chicken options.

The room is clean and comfortable and the service is very good and the location of the hotel is very good nearby the city. The breakfast is good compare to those with only bread and butter. The location is the hotel is in the uphill and too steep. It is very difficult for those have problem to climb the stair case especially those handicapped and old age.

Everything just worked and it worked efficiently. the room was quite spacious and clean. the bed was good and the spa at least the one in the center of the same chain, was heavenly. the staff was friendly and helpful and they did not try to sell you tours and such. the breakfast was ok, nothing special, quite a small selection, but they did have a very good cook. internet was surprisingly good most of the time. all in all a good stay the pillows were absolutely terrible. i dont know why but i had a stiff neck every morning and not sure what to do about it.

Quiet part of town. Not in the main area. Staff were very helpful with information about Sapa. Helped us to book tickets to Fansipan. Note that Fansipan cable car is closed from 8 of Jan 2024 to 8 Feb 2024. Check before going. Eden massage and spa just across from the hotel with great service. We took a train from Hanoi to Lao Cai and the hotel organised a transfer for us from the train station to the hotel which was great for the early morning. Rested in the lobby and had breakfast till our rooms were ready. Lots of eateries and massage places just nearby. Shopping was down the slope and down the stairs near Sun Plaza Sapa Station. Rooms were a little smaller than expected but very clean.
