Room type bungalow is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Beds are large and comfy, free bottle of water and coffee-tea. Fridge.
Nice little sitting area outside in front of a small lake. Tranquility at its highest at night.
You can rent bicycles for 50000 dong. They offer other services like taxi, spa, swimming pool and leisure areas for drinks. In house restaurant.
Free access to the Mua cave and the top view of the valleys and beautiful gardens to walk and take photos.
The bathroom floor when wet is very slippery, you need to use the flip flops provided by the hotel.
The restaurant's food is not up to standard. The worse place we have eaten in Vietnam so far. Prices are reasonable but it lacks flavour and quality. Not recommend at all. Try some of the places outside the Ecolodge.
Breakfast is tasteless and little choice for Europeans. The pancakes are terrible.
They add coriander to their omelettes.
Many tourists walking by the whole day as they access the view point of Mua Cave.
There are many huge RATS in the area, they even get in the false roof of the bungalow, but we did not have any problems. You can suddenly run into one at night around the houses.

Great place to stay very close to Hang Mua. I loved it to explore the resort by night with all the laterns and the ponds, beautiful! The rooms are very clean and pretty with comfy beds. Breakfast is huge and they make great pancakes for you.
In the winter there will be constructions going on so be ready to wake up at 7:00. The WiFi was very slow and often disconnected. Take care when taking a taxi outside the resort. There is a little Mafia guy in a black car who will chase away your grab driver and tell you that he is grab. He is a little cheater. You can get a cheaper taxi down the street on the left hand in an homestay (see the TAXI sign outside) while the weird guy in the black car will follow you of course ;)

Beautiful grounds inside the entrance to Mua Caves. We had a family room on the top floor overlooking the lotus fields, it was a beautiful setting. The accommodation itself was a little dated, but of an expected standards for the price and rating. I would stay again.

The location, the bungalows, the nature around, and the pool, were amazing! The staff were lovely and super helpful. Really recommend staying there.
The restaurant's food was disappointing. The cafes around only had packaged food and nothing fresh, and very limited coffee options. I think there could be much more food facilities in this place.

The scenic beauty around the resort and outdoor bath is perfect for a relaxing stay.
The heater was broken so had to be moved to another room during our stay. That was a big let down.

The location was perfect,.enabling you to start climbing hung mua before the tour groups get there at 07h00. The staff are exceptional and the accommodation was as per the photos.

Location. Free entrance to the Mua Cave whenever you want, so no tourists. Breakfast was included and it was delicious.
We loved sower outside under the cave.

The mua caves views are amazing. I could go for a sunrise and again for a sunset (beware at sunset there is a million people). Staff at reception and restaurant was really friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check in at 3 am even though the reception was already closed. Room was clean and bed really comfortable. Thank you for everything.
It is a bit out of town, so I needed a taxi to go anywhere (or you can rent a bicycle or motorbibe). And the facilities were a little bit old but clean, do not worry.
