The atmosphere at Nan House was super romantic and everything was beautifully designed. We specifically loved the breakfast area which is right next to a beautiful pond. Our room was also amazing. It has a private balcony with pretty views over the garden. The staff is super nice and friendly and they helped us organize all our day trips and have good recommendations for restaurants. The swimming pool was at the front of the hotel at the side of the road which did not offer a lot of privacy as opposed to the breakfast area. However it was still really nice and the lights made it cool to swim at night. Also at the time we were here there was some construction at the other side of the road. I think otherwise it would not be very busy with people because it is not the main road.

Nan House is such a beautiful place - surrounded by nature and only 15 min walk away from the busy streets of Tam Coc. The staff is lovely and makes you feel like home instantly. If we'll come back, we would stay with you again. Thank you for everything!

Excellent location in Tam coc in the rice fields, the area is really relaxing. the owners are excellent host, very caring. Their restaurant cuisine is a top choice for Vietnamese dish. A real breakfast for the morning Unfortunately for the owners, they are having more construction on-going surrounding them.

Very clean and spacious rooms! The bathroom was super modern. They have bicycles free to use. The owners are super nice and put a lot of effort into the wishes and needs of their customers!

the hospitality of the owner and his staff, the view from the restaurant on the lotus pond, the spacious room, the nice pool, the free bikes (even with a child seat), perfect wifi connection, the footbath in the room, location close to the centre and many nice places to visit, free fruit sometimes in the room and so on! Everything was really good. If I really have to say anything, it would have been nice to also have Pho for breakfast. ☺️ but with 6 other choices, there is definitely something for everyone.

We loved our stay at Nans house, the room was spotless and the bed so comfy. IThe male manager was really helpful & got us a bike & told us where to go. Tam Coc & Nans house are both a must for anyone travelling through Vietnam we loved every minute! Nothing

Large room, friendly staff, clean bedding, good WiFi, lovely seating areas in garden with hammocks and tables, relaxing place to be, free use of bikes, great breakfast, free drinking water fountain. Pool was cloudy so we didn’t feel comfortable taking a dip. No space around pool for lounging although there were chairs and hammocks in the garden area nearby. Occasionally some bedding smelled a bit musty, like it hadn’t dried quickly enough.

It is in times where you need a bit of extra help that you can really see the quality of the service provided. In our case, one of our group was not feeling great. The staff at Nan House went the extra mile to look after the patient, by checking up on her and bringing food and drinks. Not only did they genuinely care, the owners of Nan House are super friendly people with a great sense of humour.

Location was perfect. Tuan was a great host and offered great advise on things to see. Great to have free cycles available. Cycling around the area was easy. The rooms were large, and very comfortable.

The property was in a fantastic quiet location, only a 4 minute bike ride or 10 minute walk into the busy Tam Coc town. The room and facilities were perfect and super clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was huge. The staff were very attentive and all so kind, with the owner making an effort to see how your day is going every day and they were great at recommending places to visit. It’s a perfect location to go to the town but also Mua Cave, the Trang an boat ride and visiting many temples, they have free bicycles and the attractions were only 4-8km away and the cycle is through beautiful paddy fields with mountains in the background. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and had a beautiful view of the pond. The staff were helpful and organised a limousine bus back to Hanoi Airport for us which was very comfortable and smooth. Would definitely recommend! Nothing
