Smaller ship with higher staff ratio. Good service and nice meals. Not cheap.

- friendly and helpful staff - the lunch was really good, with local dishes - the light breakfast was thoughtful and the later full breakfast was good - the prices of wines, cocktails were less expensive than in fancy hotels on the mainland - the room was amazing, with a nice balcony - strongly recommend taking a canoe for the Luon Cave Visit, which was really nice - most aesthetic cruise ship we came across at Halong Bay! - I wished they would take Titov Island off the itinerary, as it was a bad experience. (And the first one you have after disembarking) Small, yet very crowded swimming area on one side of the tiny island and the “hike” was just cueing for a few steps for a view on all the cruises in Halong Bay. The other activities were fun and well managed! - The food in the evening was more western, and it was not as good as the lunch. - The cocktail menu was not really my thing: too colorful, sweet and no classical cocktails. - The initial price of beverages during “happy hour” (50% off) is more expensive than the rest of the day. Example: normally, beer was 50.000 VND, yet the happy hour menu mentioned 70.000 VND, which then was deducted to 35.000 VND…

Fabulous room with balcony very clean all facilities great. Dining area very nice and sun deck ok. Food was fabulous as were the staff. Cooking demo & Tai chi were great. Visit to cave in morning Day 2 also. Smell of diesel from our balcony and seeing diesel & waste seemingly coming from our vessel? Jacuzzi was cold

Music onboard very good, nice manager, cooking class interesting but only in french. Staff didn't speak much English. The beach/hiking tour had no clear schedules we almost miss the boat. Schedules overall are not good.. too early checkout. Long wait for the transportation. Bread in the morning was bad. However in lunch excellent. Wifi didn't work

We did this same cruise ten years ago, and it's still just as great if not better! The rooms are really beautiful and surprisingly spacious. Everyone was raving about how great the showers are! It's definitely worth getting a room with a balcony. Lunch was excellent. The views from the sun deck are absolutely magical at sunset. We asked for vegan options, and they did a fantastic lunch. However, dinner was a bit lackluster compared to the meat options. I would suggest a bit more imagination for vegan and vegetarian dinner options.

The staff were fantastic. The food was next level and the accommodation was lovely. The organisation of our family trip by Susan the coordinator was awesome. She was very helpful during some challenging times during the planning of our trip. The weather may have been wet and cold but that didn't dampen our spirits thanks to the staff and crew. I highly recommend Paradise Luxury Sails. There isn't anything I could fault.

We were transferred to a different boat I assume because not enough booking on our one and new boat was very nice and comfortable. Nothing

Staff were great, organised very well from hotel pick up to hotel drop off Was a bit confused with schedule of activities, not much choice of food however considering it was a cruise boat with different nationals I fully understand

The ship, the food, the scenery, the staff, all impeccable. Many really good and well organised activities, also a couple of hours with live music by a couple of very talented musisians Expensive but probably was worth it.
