The cruise ship was luxurious and of a great size, the number of passengers to crew ratio and the amount of space in our cabin made it feel very comfortable. The food was amazing and the schedule was thoughtful, we didn’t feel rushed at all. I’ve been to Halong Bay 3 times, and given the number of boats in the bay these days, Emperor Cruises truly gave a premium experience to see it all. Our cabin was at the back of the boat, so inevitably we could smell fumes each time we opened the door to the balcony. But that’s to be expected given the limited space. Electrics in the room had a bit of a personality.

Amazing boat. A bit old interiors but it’s still beautiful . The food is super amazing. It’s the best place to eat in Vietnam and they really feed you 5 course per meal. We re so happy with the food. Just a bit outdated deco

All the staff are very friendly. I bought the all-inclusive package and it was great, because I could have any drink without additional costs, I enjoyed it a lot. Unlimited minibar. In case you don't want something from the default menu, they give you other options, which we thought was very good. We were celebrating our anniversary and at night they surprised us with the decoration of the room. Excellent massage staff, they have been the best massages we have had so far. A special thanks to Ngo Quang Phuoc, who was the person assigned to help us with everything we needed during our trip. As a recommendation, if you have the opportunity to stay at least 2 days, the best, because a day goes by very quickly, and this does not allow you to enjoy everything that this cruise offers. The truth is we like everything, perhaps the only thing that can be improved is the activities after dinner, perhaps a show or some activity that manages to integrate all the people on the cruise.
