We had a super nice stay in a private room with bathroom. The room was simple, but had a functioning AC and a fan, which was the most important thing. The bathroom was spacious and the shower worked well. You can choose noodle soup or eggs with bread for breakfast which is included in the price of your stay. The staff can help you with booking a bus. I liked the fact that you can borrow bikes for free and go for a ride. We also rented a scooter which was 150 000 VND/day. Overall, great value for the price.

Bikes for free are perfect, the staff is friendly and polite, the breakfast is good and has two options (pho or eggs, bread and banana, the place has a nice rooftop and good air conditioner in the room. I ask to check out late (at night, because my train was at night) and it cost me only 100 hundred dongs (4 dollars). I really recommend staying at Tam Coc Guest House.

I loved it so much! Super cheap, friendly owners, AC in the rooms and curtains on every bed, free bike rental. Everything is very clean and the rooftop bar is amazing!!

Very comfortable, clean, you can rent a bike for free which is very convenient for getting around the city and the attractions. They also let you use the shower if you come in early, which feels great, especially since many people come directly from the night train. Helpful staff, very little english spoken. Location is just far enough from the main bars and restaurants and perfect ti see the main sights.

Incredibly clean and comfy room. Staff were friendly and always tried their best. Free bicycles was a great addition and made our stay easy so the location being a tiny bit further out did not matter in the slightest. Breakfast was standard but good. Loved our stay here. No complaints :) great value for money

Are more than 3 months that I'm travelling and this has been one of my favourite one. Starting with the kindness, following with the quality-price and the good dormitory. The idea was stay only 1 night and at the end I stayed 3 nights (more was not possible for my schedule). In the common area there is a massage sofa that is very top (I think that I rest 1 hour per day), there is a big television (one night we connected our phone). One night I asked some information at 00:00 and they has been kind to. The breakfast is included (simple but good). Recommended 100%. The only this can be that sometime the neighbours burn stuff and the air is not very good. But has been punctual (and I'm here during the burning season).
