Amazing facilities and the staff are fabulous. The shuttle service to town is excellent and always runs on time. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The mountain view is breathtaking. The outdoor pool is a highlight. So refreshing and the view is spectacular!

Beautiful accommodation and facilities, especially the location, the view and where the property sits is unlike anything else I have seen before. There wasn’t much to not like about it, maybe a missed opportunity to have a more glamorous check in area outside facing the mountains?

Location & views are amazing, breakfast was exceptional, rooms were very comfortable (if travelling with kids ensure when you book they have a bed), shuttle service was great to/from town (but remember to book), pool was amazing, staff were very caring (but have your Google translator at hand as not much English spoken in Sapa).

The location was amazing with great views from the pool and restaurant! The rooms were lovely and beds were comfortable. The outdoor pool was too chilly to enjoy; it needs some heating. There were inflatable toys available (to rent) which is great for the outdoor pool but inappropriate for the indoor spa. The children playing and splashing around ruined the serenity.

Such a beautiful resort, we didn’t even realise it was across the road from Sun World Fansipan Legend. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and the pool is to die for. Thank you for the lovely stay 😊

The view were amazing! Breakfast is delicious with a lot of variaty. They have shuttles to bring you in town and bring you up after. Our room was very spacious and clean and with a view on the mountains Pool area could be so much better... they have an amazing view but the outdoor pool water temperature is ridiculously cold. Thr indoor one is a heated jacuzzi, but impossible to sit cimfortably in it...

I like the beautiful environment, cleanliness, and the patient attitude of the hotel staff. The hotel offers a variety of fresh and delicious breakfast options, allowing me to enjoy the food while admiring the mystical scenery surrounded by clouds and fog. This hotel is truly outstanding.

Clean , nice pool, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet Far from town and free shuttle only runs semi regularly, expensive food at the restaurant.

The location and views were amazing. Breakfast was exceptional. Rooms were clean & really comfortable. Spa & pool area were lovely. Service could be improved. There was a mix up with something my partner had organised (think due to the lack of understanding English). We tried to complain about it but received no response. Had also tried to email the hotel on booking and their own email days before our stay to change dates and received no response. Overall communication issues. Shuttle service is a bit awkward due to the schedule so we had to get taxis several times.
