Nice quiet hotel a few minutes away from the center which is quite busy. Breakfast could be better. The pool and spa are up the hill, accessible by shuttle car. They felt dated, in need of an upgrade.

It was so clean & we found the location to be great as a young family. Our toddler was crying for a banana as we were checking out & within minutes one of the staff bought one out for her. They also let us check out at 4pm free of charge as our daughter needed a sleep & we had to wait for our night bus. The customer service was exceptional & so appreciated! The bed was a little bit hard but still fine!

A lovely and beautiful resort.the staffs of the front desk were so helpful during our stay.They checked carefully with the bus company to get exactly abroad time and pick time which is so helpful. The rooms are decorated traditional and spacious.The scenery from the balcony is great and beautiful. Breakfast can be more options.

I was sick and needed a nice calm place to rest and recover. Everything was super easy and it was clean and the staff were very kind and helpful I didn’t enjoy the walk up the hill but this was only because I was sick and tired

Really nice layout of rooms around the garden. the room I had was great, nice sized bathroom the bathtub has actual sparkles in it, EPIC bed (I slept in till 12 by mistake it was so good!) and a nice balcony. The dinner was great as well, big open fireplace. Sapa meets Swizz hunting lodge. They let me use the spa for the whole day after I checked out before I left Sapa The spa is a bit poorly staffed. They sent a technician in to repair the Sauna boiler while I was getting changed, I would expect them to have checked before sending in a male staff member. I was a bit shocked by this.

The beautiful staff members, always so friendly and helpful. The environment of the resort is just amazing, very peaceful and relaxing, a little oasis, lots of comfortable and quiet places to sit & relax. The pool and Spa area was also terrific. Nothing, a wonderful visit

Good to enjoy the sauna while the weather was a bit less (drizzling). Good service taking us back and forth to the spa. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location to the main street was very convenient using the shortcut via the stairs. The wifi connection in the room was poor and disconnected constantly.

The breakfast is good however would like to Have more variety as a four star hotel. There is no lift. We have to claim the stairs to the third floor, which is not in keeping with four star standard
