Room was big and clean. Receptionist was very friendly. Bed was comfortable Location was only a short 5 min walk to the main part and was very quiet.

Very nice and big room, amazing service at the reception for any question we had and good location a little bit off the main roads. The walls seem to be extremely thin - if your neighbor decides to turn on the TV at 6am it might sound like it's in your room.

What an amazing stay at the Boat Phuc hotel!! From the outstanding staff that welcomed us any time of the day or night to the delicious breakfast and clean rooms. We had nice chats with both the hosts and they were happy to help when we had a request. The room felt spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the view from the top of the hotel, looking out over the lake and mountains. Location wise ideal for us, for grabbing snacks, diner and lunch on walking distance. We loved spending hours chilling in the rooms sometimes,when the wheather was a bit cloudy. We also hired a scooter with them, overal very pleased and a recommended stay.

Staff were lovely and super accommodating, including clarifying pick up times for our busses and organising a taxi to the national park. We were able to leave some of our bags at the hotel while we did a cruise on the bay. Beds hard but comfortable, good hot showers.

We are a family of four, stayed 4 nights and we loved everything about the place, especially the super friendly and helpful manager of the place, called Thanh. He has great English, is always there to answer questions and give sound advice and has been one of the friendliest people we have met in Vietnam. We totally recommend this place.

I came back here with a friend after staying a few weeks before on my own, just because the first stay was so good (stayed longer then planned) Very friendly and helpful receptionist (Thanh)! Good breakfast, big and clean room with view on the lake. Very quiet but still close to the center (5 min walk) Nothing, everything was perfect.
