Soft beds. Geat view (8 floor, sea view) and spacious room. Lack of TV channels and the pool area was dissapointing.

Room is big, well-appointed Housekeeping was good. It's as described and the descriptions aren't exaggerated unlike some places I have stayed at Hard to find anything to not like. Small challenge to work out how to turn the shower on and off. The water pressure in the bidet was too high and not able to be adjusted

Very clean, comfortable, large and quiet. In addition to powerpoints near the bed I was able to operate all lights from the bed. The desk and chair are a good size and height for using a computer. There was some thumping noise from a band/nightclub nearby. It was quite muted so not really enough to trouble me but might be of concern to some.

Good location with a view on the ocean, many restaurants close to the hotel, nice and comfy rooms with big bed, rain shower and free toiletries, very good price, very clean, room service 👍🏼, we got an amazing deal (80% off) breakfast buffet was not great. They had mostly Asian food and no good bread :( The staff was also not especially nice and in the end they charged us for water (considering the fact that it’s a 4 star hotel we expected it to be free)

The ocean view is to die for! Please get the room with a full ocean view on the 17th floor if you're staying at this hotel, it's worth it! All amenities were there, minibar was stocked, and wifi was also working. Could be cleaner. The railings on the balcony were broken at places and rusty. The washroom takes a lot of time to dry. Restaurant was closed.
