They had more staff since our last visit so the cleanliness was better, staff friendly and Henry was still there from Nov/Dec 2022.Even though our last visit was not a good experience, we gave the hotel another try and glad we did. This was our 4th stay at the Prime (new) and we will continue to return as it feels like home when we arrive. The coffee was cold each day at breakfast because only 1 hot plate worked. My hubby tried to swap the tea over but was told not to. I showed the girl at the desk it was cold, sticking my finger in the cup of coffee and she rambled at me with no interest. Told front desk and also no change. We just wanted a cup of hot coffee to start our day. Also omelet doesn't have any extras, just egg and no poached eggs.

What I like? Hmmm! They are make up your room everyday and they gave you water, toiletries, new towel, new rug for the toilet and they clean your room. One more I really like here. They have a promotion for breakfast. Because some of my relatives they stayed in different hotel and they doesn't have a breakfast and our hotel allowed them to come in for breakfast. 80kvnd per person. And the location near to every where. It's really good. You have to check your room first before you enter and check everything. If something missing you have to tell them or else you will pay it. And check all your towel if it's clean. Or what because if you didn't check and tell to them they will asked you to pay it even it's not your fault. Check everything before you settled in the room.. And I'm expecting our room have a view but no. And the room it's a bit small.

Loved the location and cheap price. The hotel is very close to the beach and they offer bike rental. And you can get your laundry done in the laundromat very cheap opposite from the hotel. You get what you pay for. The cleanliness could be better. Too many bugs in our room, balcony. The room was disaster, fortunately we stayed only 2 nights.

Great location for the beach and restaurants. Nice big room with comfortable bed. We had a sea view room with a balcony which was lovely. The hotel could be improved with a bit of an update and redecoration.

Perfect location, only 4 min walk to beach and nite market down a lovely alley way with evrything you need. My sea view was slightly limited,,but still good only 100m away, the surf sound magic. The bathroom a good walk in shower that doesnt flood the rest. Best room value A really nice 3 star experience.Super helpful staff too. Had to get the tech head to my room to tune the teev, also to fix a lamp, but that took only a brief call and was fixed in minutes. Hot water is limited,. just enough for me, but forget a long hot shower. Thats it.
