Comfortable bed, daily cleaning service, light filled spacious room, centralocation, helpful staff, quiet location Mini fridge wasn't cold enough, shower could have been a bit hotterlue for money

Very nice hotel, located next to the beach. Rooms are spacious with big comfortable beds. Bathroom was big enough and well equipped. I would definitely get back to this hotel. Very good value for this money. Everything was really ok.

The main thing we loved was a receptionist. She was speaking english fluently and helped us to rent a motorbike during Tet, which was not easy. Hotel location is perfect, rooms are good and spacious. Well the partial sea view is not really partial unless you bend in specific position to see it through the window. Pool area is very small, sunbeds doesnt have umbrellas so its boiling hot there.

Easy check in , comfy bed and room , hot water and a quiet nights sleep .

Firstly the position is fine, very close to the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful, especially Thao Vu. She was absolutely fantastic and really made our stay very special. We did get upgraded to a bigger room, but to be honest, it was pretty much a down grade. Breakfast was good, not spectacular but plenty good. I would definitely stay here again. And again thankyou Thao Vu. You were amazing. We did not like our upgrade as the room wasn't as nice as the room we booked.

Nice bed and bathroom. Great location near beach and restaurants. Spacious room and enjoyed the tea and coffee in the room also Noisy at night and in the morning.

The room was clean and spacious with a lovely bathroom. Everything I needed was supplied. The roof top pool was nice for a relaxing cooling dip. The staff were very accommodating. Location is great. Couldn’t fault it. Nothing

From the location to the facilities, comfort and staffs, everything was great. We had a sea view room on the 9th floor. The complimentary buffet breakfast was also wonderful that kept changing every day. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return back again. Nothing as such.

Location 1 block from the beach. The staff in reception couldn't be more helpful from ordering taxi to giving directions. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was yummy

The hotel is right in the middle of city centre. Very close to the beach which is the highlight of our trip. Breakfast is fine, the coffee served in the breakfast is fantastic. Front desk female receptionist (morning section) is really professional. She had helped us to book 2 days tour around the city. She also offer me some coughing candy when she observed me coughing through the day. Very nice and professional young lady. We got the problem of the plug, as our only universal plug was broken, we need to borrow the plug from front desk. It was just one plug available. We would like to recommend the desk can get some more spare plug for visitor in future. We didn't used the swimming pool as it too small for adult. Recommend to change it for children used only. Get some pool toys to cheer them up, since the beach could be dangerous for young kids. Meanwhile, the only running machine and electric bicycle in the gym room are broken. Unlikely we need to use them but since it's not working, let's get rid of it in replace with a pool table for family could be nice.
