Great hotel in a good area with lots of small shops and restaurants. Beautiful rooms with seaview and very cozy bed. The beach is just around the corner. Friendly staff and Beautiful spa. Would gladly come back again.

Location was good. Some staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was old and stale. It was straight out of the 1970’s. The curtains wouldn’t close and the rooms are NOT soundproofed. The sound of dogs barking during the night got very tiresome very quickly. The room was not vacuumed before or during our stay. The hotel does not offer any room service.

Great location, friendly staff, and food is a good standard. We were there for the Hotel's 9th birthday celebrations which was fun and a good buffet dinner provided. Hotel laundry service is very expensive as they charge by individual garments. Outside laundry service is better as they charge by the kilogram and rates are cheaper.

Very central location in the heart of the city. Big selection for breakfast, clean and big rooms. Was hard to get hot water for showers but noticed that in nearly every hotel we've had so far. Pool not safe for kids unless they are good swimmers due to no shallow end and only 2 seats for everyone. And the spa massage isnt always open, wanted a massage in morning and told to come back 1pm. went to town with plenty there anyway. Family room was a squeeze with small beds for 2 people.

The hotel was in a great location...the rooms comfortable and the room sizes good. Always restocked if you had the made up sign on your door. There were a few days we didn't have hot water. Also had to ask for toilet paper..just need to keep a spare in bathroom.

Our bed was super- comfortable & our room was spacious, clean & well equipped, with a fabulous sea view from our balcony. The staff were friendly & helpful. For a vegetarian, the breakfast options were poor, although my non veg husband loved the pho. The coffee was not hot & the fruit options very limited.

Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. Nice spa facilities. Good breakfast. Spacious and clean and quiet room. Staff has been amazing helping me out with a few things. Not much really. If I have to name a minor thing it is the same 3 clips repeating in the elevator.
