Was upgraded from deluxe room to a one bedroom serviced apartment. It was a very nice unexpected upgrade, where my room was on a high floor (16th floor) with my own lounge and kitchen as well as internet router for the whole room. Breakfast was perfect and included in my stay which included both a Western and a Vietnamese breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Great location, easy to order Grab taxi from the app. Pool area needs to be refurbished soon, as it looks quite outdated. Despite being upgraded to a one bedroom service apartment, the internet router was in the lounge, causing the wifi to be super weak in the bedroom, had to sit in the lounge to get an internet connection and on top of that the connection was quite weak (15mbps). A minibar with drinks and snacks would have been nice given a fridge was included in my upgrade.

The room services for food are great and overall a comfortable room for stay! Breakfast choices could have been more as most of the time, the options are very similar between each day.

Very well equipped hotel, a bit away from the tourist hot spots. We liked that because you got to see more of Hanoi. Breakfast was very good, staff helpful and friendly. Not so many restaurants in the area, but plenty of street food.

This is a very beautiful hotel with an open buffet breakfast, great fusion restaurant titled Full Moon and included many facilities such as a gym equipt with basic fitness equipment, sauna and a newly renovated indoor swimming pool. The hotel lobby was decorated for Tet, with a beautiful blossom treet and red decorations for Chinese New Year. The rooms booked were very spacious. The bathroom is equipt with a bathtub like facility, which also doubles into a shower. The staff are very friendly and most speak English as well as Vietnamese, which was great for English speaking travellers. The hotel was easy to locate and offered an area for ride share/ taxi drivers to pull into without feeling rushed and stressed in the extremely busy streets. The gym equipment is quite basic, and there is no leg equipment. Nothing to feel disheartened about as there are plenty of free weight exercises that you can do which also target certain areas of the legs. Not much else to fault. Everything else was great.

Very nice staff, clean hotel and comfy room. The pool/sauna/spa were good too. Great breakfast buffet. Quiet area, maybe 1.5km from Old Quarter Water could be a little warmer, however that seems to be common in Vietnam!

Super big room and bathroom; very comfortable stay. Breakfast had a wide selection of cuisines. Very accommodating staff. Location was in a trendy neighborhood, so not as touristy.
