Location is good, but a tad far from the town. There are restaurants not too far away, but it took a little exploring to find them. Beach below is not in use. Bikes were a bonus and came in handy. Solid breakfast. Apartment we had was very spacious. Gym was good. The pools were not heated...the indoor one had slight warmth to it. This would have made our stay much more enjoyable. Staff were friendly and the manager was excellent taking care of one issue related to booking for me. Just a note, that there are some bookings for private apartments which are not the hotel itself, but rather an individual on the condo side. All good as mentioned.

Really great hotel in all ways. Amazing facilities such as two pools, a large gym, two restaurants and a rooftop bar. Furthermore, our room was spacious and clean, with a nice view over Ha Long Bay. The staff is friendly and we even had the chance of meeting the restaurant manager who offered us a tailored 11 courses menu. Lastly, the breakfast in this hotel is the most extensive and incredible I have ever seen. Next time we’re in Ha Long, we’ll definitely book this hotel again! Although the location itself is very modern and peaceful, it’s relatively far away from the city center. However, the hotel has a minimarket right next to it and by taxi you’re only 5 min away from almost everything. Additionally, the area is currently advancing so in the near future there will be much more to do too!

The staff were super helpful, there were some noisy family’s staying around our room and the staff took only ten minutes to relocate us to a different part of the hotel in a really quiet location. We had dinner in one of the restaurants and the food was second to none. The best steak I have had in our two months in Asia. The breakfast was also the best we have had on our trip and had a great selection, including freshly baked breads and great European coffee. The food and beverages director /executive chef also managed to find an hour or so to give us plenty of tips and help us plan our onward journey through the rest of the country. Would highly recommend staying here. Nothing

The breakfast was great. There were so many options. It was definitely a highlight of our stay. We always love made to order eggs and healthier bread options are a plus! The coffee was also great.

This is simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The breakfast, the rooms, the staff, the free bikes and the indoor pool were all highlights. It was inexpensive but so worth it. Also enjoyed all the restaurants on site and that there was a small shop attached. We would be back in a second. Leaving!!

Great hotel with good facilities for a family stay. All was good, the only thing to complain about was the swimming pool. Unfortunately at the time of the year we visited the water was too cold to use it. That was a bit if dissapointment as swimming pool was one if the key criteria for hotel selection for us.

Nice rooms, clean and helpful staff at reception. Also, they have a nice playground for children Breakfast room is small for such a big hotel. Therefore it felt very crowded and we had to wait before we could enter.

Excellent breakfast. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. The facilities are wonderful. The rooms are well furnished with good amenities; mini kitchen, fridge, safe, hairdryer and flip flops. There is a spa and mini shop on site for any essentials that you may have forgotten. Food is available in the restaurant on the ground floor or in the Sky Bar on floor 30a which is accessed by it's own lift. Room service is also available. The food in the main restaurant was adequate and reasonably priced but it wasn't very hot. It was barely lukewarm which was a great shame and unexplainable as we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. We had food from the snack menu in the Sky Bar which was tasty. Unfortunately on one occasion we were waiting for over an hour for our food to be served. Eventually I asked when it could be expected? It transpired that they had served our food to another customer in error. Consequently we left hungry as it was too late for us to wait while they prepared the food again. An unfortunate incident as I can understand staff attempting to serve good to the wrong customer. What I can't understand is a customer accepting food that they hadn't ordered. Why would you do that? I highlight this, not as a criticism but just to make people aware of the possibility of this mistake happening. So, if you are waiting a while for your food, check with the staff sooner rather than later.

Stunning hotel and facilities. Really good food available throughout the site. Staff were amazing. Was a little bit out of the way but not a major issue.
