Lovely staff and very pleased room, soft beds and lovely view from the room. The free food bath was a bid disappointing. Very cold decorated room and no music and explanation.

Stayed here for a short period of time for the purpose of being closer to our cruise lounge. We boarded the next day. We arrived at the hotel very late and staff member was very accommodating and helpful. Nothing.

We travelled for our honeymoon so we were surprised by their lovely decoration and also a big (if not too big) cake for 2. The room is really clean and comfy, the staff was mega friendly and helpful. The food at their restaurant has pretty generous portion and tastes really good. You can have the nice view of the ocean but the hotel is actually 2km from the beach so you will see some houses too. I wouldn't say it's bad, but just in case you expect more from the ocean view, keep that in mind. We did love the view from our room a lot tho.

The room was nice, clean and quiet. Staff was amazing, especially in the restaurant and during the breakfasts. We did not like the menu in the restaurant and lot of meals that were written on the menu they did not actually have it.

Staff extremely helpful and polite. Super easy scooter rental for 200 VND / day which is more than average but therefore you don’t need to leave your passport at another rental office. The room’s view was incredible and has high quality interior. Breakfast has lots of offerings. Pool has a good length for sport swimming, temperature was ok though it is unheated. Gym looks nice. The Hotel‘s restaurant was good, pricey for VN but ok for westerners. Nice beach nearby. Ha Long city is a bit of a ghost town, but if you walk for 8min you find restaurants or walk 20min for many restaurants.
