We didn't enjoy Sapa as we expected but this accomodation was a really good one. The owner could speak good English and the communication was very smooth. All staff there were quite friendly. The food was authentic and reasonably priced. We arrived very early and the owner had kindly offered us early checking after the cleaning was finished. The dogs are very cute too. The view in Sapa was quite meh but this place gives you a cozy feeling. Not a lot. We stayed in a bungalow that shares a thin wall with the room next doors. We could hear the conversation when they arrived at 12am at night. I guess that's like a typical issue in this kind of accomodation.

Outside Sapa center, it allows for a big bowl of fresh air from the business of the town, to relax and rest at your own pace. Lots of hikes and and paths start from the property so that you can take in the extraordinary views of the mountains. Owners are really friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay. The property is well taken care of. The host, Duc, was extremely nice, very responsive and helpful. He puts a lot of love and effort into his place. I have never been at a place we’re I experienced such a personalised service. The isolation between our room and the neighbours was not existing. It was basically like sharing one large room.

The owner, Duc, was very friendly and helpful. He had answered lots of our questions prior to our arrival. Duc very kindly arranged our transport to Ha Giang and motorbike rental. We stayed in a family bungalow which was lovely and just as shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The room was cleaned when we asked for it to be cleaned. There was a laundry service offered onsite which we used. This was delivered back to us the following day and was good. The homestay was a 30 minute drive out of Sapa town but this was not a problem for us. We were able to go into the town when we wanted to due to the motorbike and it was a peaceful location for us to spend Christmas. There are some nice cafes nearby that are a walkable distance. We often ate at D&D. The food was reasonably priced and it was okay. The breakfast was included in our stay and this was nice. The shower was not at a consistent temperature. It would switch between very hot and cold. There was no TV or fridge in the room.

Beautiful view, welcoming and smiling host, cozy bungalow There was a bedsheet for covering and on top of that was a blanket they probably do not wash after each guest which I didn’t like, and did not sleep well cause of it. In my personal opinion, clean and washed bed cover/bedsheet is a must in every accommodation.

The surroundings and the garden are beautiful. The garden has a lot of places to seat and enjoy the view. The room is nicely decorated. There’s 5 wonderful dogs walking around the property and in 3 days I heard them barking just once. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the nature of Sapa. Breakfast and meals are very tasty. They really need to improve the shower water system. Or is too cold or suddenly is too hot.
