We had an amazing time with Loan! The homestay has the best views in the area with terraced rice paddies to marvel at from your window sill! It is also very clean. Loan is a beautiful host and so helpful in providing tips. Infact, today we went with a recommended tour guide around Ta Van and swam in a waterfall. Loan knows all the local gems, and we've had such a terrific time here. I hope to come back again. This place is truly Amazing!!!!!!

Clean apartment in the little Ta Van village. The environment was peaceful and the view from the room was amazing! Very welcoming host. Could have stayed longer.

Very cute homestay, lovely family and Loan was very attentive! She made a great hotpot for our first evening, gave us helpful trekking recommendations and helped with transport in and out of town! Overall was a very peaceful, relaxing stay :))

The time at the house of Loan and Thang was amazing. I spent one night with some friends at their house before hiking to Fansipan. The family picked us up from the bus station in Sapa and gave us an open hearted welcome at their house with some tea that we enjoyed together with them. They were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay at their lovely house. They gave us recommendations of what to explore in the village, booked a tour for us to hike the Fansipan and booked a bus back to Hanoi. The house is very clean and the atmosphere is perfect to relax and enjoy the beautiful views on the rice fields and escape the crowded and busy life in Sapa. I can highly recommend staying at their place!

We loved the view from our room. The room was big, spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Lo An was a really lovely host and even when out of her way to make my partner a gluten free breakfast. First and foremost the BED. It was absolutely huge but OMG it was like a rock. We both had back pain the days after. We do understand it is a home-stay but there was alot of noise on our first night but that could have been due to the fact our room was situated above the communal area. It felt like it was family visiting and had kids running around until late shouting and screaming. The other night was fine.

It was winter in the mountains and I wanted to stay in Ta Van and feel warm and cozy! I got exactly what I expected - beautiful room, warm comfy bed, heater, kettle, soups for breakfast. Everything I wanted to rest, relax and enjoy the cold. Sound proofing.The rooms are very close to each other and you can hear others staying, it wasn’t that bad though! One night I got woken but some early morning arrivals, I guess this is a normal part of house share though. There is no signs on the street for the entrance, but hard to identify when arriving (see pics below for reference)
