Extremely comfortable and peaceful place. Staff were extremely warm and helpful. Family dinners were a highlight and very tasty. Ideally located for trekking trips which are a must in Sapa

Beautiful location and people. The trekking was a bit pricey but it was amazing.

Very peaceful place in the middle of a village. The facilities are as beautiful as they look in the picture. The view was wonderful even it was a little foggy and the rice fields were muddy. We stayed there in mid April More than a Homestay I got the impression of being in a fancy hostel. We attended the family dinner and the vibe with the other guests was super nice. Anyway the staff of the place eats separately and it felt a bit weird (not really a family thing) Since you can't throw toilet paper in the WC there was a bad smell coming from the bin. They should change it more often. Lastly me throat was itching in the morning. Unfortunately people in Sa Pa burn plastic trash. I ve seen the staff from Moc doing the same in the backyard.

The view is wonderful from the garden or the second floor, situated amidst rice fields with a clear view of the mountains ahead. The public areas are spacious and peaceful, surrounded by nature. The home-cooked food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I can't recommend it enough. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Sapa. Although the toilets and bathrooms are shared, they are kept very clean. While the soundproofing isn't perfect, the environment remains quiet, and everyone behaves well, so I didn't encounter any issues.

The lovely staff, great breakfast and the family dinners were enjoyable to chat with other travellers. On the upper level there are only thin wall dividers separating the rooms. Privacy is fine but can be noisy throughout the night if other guests are talking.

The property is very clean and the hosts are very attentive! It feels very safe to be in the place. Family dinner is a very good concept! It will be good to pay more attention when refilling the shampoo/body wash some look the same colour when pumped out. It is a homestay, so I was actually expecting free fruits or snacks around for us to eat.

Very relaxing stay at Moc home, the staff were lovely and the home was beautiful. The home is about 30 minutes from main Sapa town in a peaceful village. Cafes and restaurants in walking distance but plenty of food at the home which is delicious. The room was quite hot even with the fan and the pillows were too firm.

The view over the rice fields and the mountains, the dinner (you need to pay extra but totally recommend), the friendliness of the staff, the swimming pool and generally how the property looks, the day trips you can book from there. Most of all, I loved how it’s not so noisy like Sa Pa and more like countryside. Nothing with the property, but I would rather the day trips had an option to exclude lunch as it was terrible (even worse than normal for day trips).

I had the most relaxing time at Moc Home Sapa. It’s the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the scenery. I was very comfortable for the two days and any questions I had were answered straight away. You need to add this to your itinerary.

If you want a real authentic Sapa experience, stay here! Its a cosy place just a little bit out of the hectic Sapa Town. Pickup can be easily arranged! Host Emma is very friendly and helpful. Make sure that you join the shared dinner which is great to eat some real Vietnamese food and chat with other guests! Also book the trekking tour through the ricefields here and ask for Tsu as your guide :). The pool is also great. Our best stay in Vietnam by far!!
