A bit away from crowded Sapa, very quiet place. Staff is wonderful, gave me a pull over to go to Fansipan ! Big and perfect room. That's definitely a place to stay !

Rooms are newly renovated and so clean and spacious. We were in a family room. Hot water available. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you want any bike or car to rent they will arrange it. Highly recommended. Need to add some floor mats into the room near bathroom. And some recycling slippers to wear if possible

The owner was really chatty and helpful. The hotel was in an interesting area of Sa Pa. We explored on foot and found a few little gems. The view of the hills was quite good too. There wasn't a restaurant on site serving breakfast, even though I think we were told it was included in the booking price. There weren't too many food spots nearby that were worth going to. It would be great if more info was available on good local food spots when you arrive.

We enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains once the fog had lifted. It is a good distance from Sapa so feels more relaxing than staying in the centre

Great location and the room is spacious and clean. The owners are nice and helpful. Looks less fancy than on the pictures. The bathroom was cold.

Beautiful view, comfortable beds and very kind staff! Easy to rent a bike, and very convenient little places to eat. It's about a 20 minute ride to get to the main town which is quite convenient! When we arrived we were given the wrong room, and then when given the correct one, had faulty issues. For example, the TV didn't work. However these were swiftly fixed shortly after we arrived. There was also major construction next door, which we requested to stop. Again, he was able to solve this issue.

The owner is really nice and tried his best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. He arranged a taxi and rented a motorbike for us, so we didn’t have to worry about it The bed is a little hard for my back, but it’s just to my taste Also just keep in mind that it’s quite far from Sa Pa itself, which it’s obvious from the map. So may be it’s better to rent a bike in the city to get there cheaper.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The hotel was very clean and they provided bottles of water, fresh towels, travel sized essentials. I highly recommend and would stay here again (great value for money) I don’t have anything bad to say- it was perfect.
