The home owner is a good person. Unlimited option of breakfast. Rooms are good. The home owner has good communication skills. Recommended homestay for Families and Couples. Participants in the buffalo trek may have the opportunity to actively engage with the buffaloes. This could include leading them, learning about the commands used by farmers, or even trying your hand at buffalo plowing, providing a hands-on and memorable experience. The walls are a bit.

The home owner is a good person. Unlimited option of breakfast. Rooms are good and quiet. The home owner has good communication skills. Of the buffalo trek, Local guides lead the buffalo trek. They share their knowledge of farming practices, the significance of buffaloes in their culture, and stories about life in the region. This personal touch enhances the overall experience. The warm water system is a bit slow in winter.

If you visit Sapa, definitely stay here! Clean and comfortable facilities, great breakfast, and the owner of the home, the host, is amazing. She is welcoming, can help you book any treks or buses you need, and genuinely wants to ensure her guests have a great time in Sapa! Guests may find limited options for disposing of waste properly.

Host and her staff team were absolutely lovely, made it feel like a home away from home! Breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, meats, cheeses and amazing coffee! Staff were so attentive but no overly. Beds firm but comfortable, good wifi. Great location on a quieter street so you could sleep well. The homestay may have limitations or restrictions for guests traveling with pets.

The homestay is located perfectly to go on hikes through the rice fields. Staying here allows you to go to even more beautiful, off the beaten paths. Host and her team were very welcoming and helpful in making our stay the best possible. We had dinner there every day since it was delicious! Availability of taxi may be inconsistent, affecting transportation options.

The host was incredible. The sweetest woman and most accommodating we have met throughout our travels. Stayed up to meet us on arrival at 3 am, woke up and prepared us breakfast upon departure at 5:30 am. Was truly the kindest host. The accommodations themselves were also unbelievably beautiful. Personal, remote, romantic, and quiet. Beautiful views and landscape. I have nothing negative to say about this home and hope to return for a longer stay. Information on nearby pharmacies or medical facilities may be limited.

Location was amazing, right next to the rice fields. It was so serene and beautiful. The host was so nice and welcoming. If I’m ever in Sapa again, I’d definitely stay here again. Vegetarian guests may find limited options in traditional meals.

We are so glade we booked to stay here. The host and her teams so accommodating during our time here. We ended extending a couple of days because it was so relaxing. It’s a little out of town but if you are comfortable on a scooter it’s great, they also have scooters to hire. We are here a lot as we enjoyed time in the country and the food was so lovely. All of the staff are so cheerful. If you are looking for somewhere to relax, get right into the culture and slow down this is your place. Will definitely be back! Food may not be suitable for vegetarians.
