Great location (few km from all the attractions, but we love to walk), bicycles, motorbike rental, good restaurant, fantastic included breakfast, good cocktails, swimming pool, nice double room, view to the fields and the karst towers, lovely family and 3 fantastic dogs - Bip, Bap, and Bop ! BIG THUMBS UP - this is one of the very few places in Vietnam who DO NOT charge 3% for credit card payment.
Could do with some clothes storage facility in the double room we booked. There werent even any hangers.

Location and staff were amazing. Very quite homestay / hostel. We rented a motorbike for 100k VND/day which was working very well ! Breakfast was also quite tasty !

The location and views were incredible. The guided walk through the rice fields was amazing and a highlight of our whole Vietnam trip, and we enjoyed walking around the local area by ourselves too. Ki and his family were very welcoming, friendly and warm hosts and we really enjoyed learning more about Hmong people and their history. The food was delicious- dinner was generous and varied each night. We would recommend to friends and will visit again if back in Vietnam
The beds are quite hard which we aren’t used to, but the host is planning on upgrading them

Nice homestay with really friendly owner. Besides accommodation we booked airport transfer from/to Hanoi, also taxi transfer to Ninh Binh attractions and both the quality of the services and the rates were really correct. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all good and the rooms were nice and clean too. No matter if you are a solo traveller, a couple or a group of friends, this homestay is a great choice for a few nights.
There were some construction when we were there that was not too disturbing but we decided to leave a night earlier. to have more time in Hanoi. The owner offer full refund for the last night and provided free transfer as a compensation. It was a really nice gesture.

Beautiful setting, gorgeous bungalows with super comfortable beds and lovely decor. Staff were so helpful and generous. Pool was great.
There was building work going on at the time which started early, but staff were apologetic and gave us free drinks (even though we hadn’t mentioned the early start of the builders)

Such a beautiful location with everything you need. The bungalows are very nice and comfortable, there is a very good restaurant and bar and it offers many cozy spaces to just sit and enjoy. Everybody is very helpful and friendly and we felt very welcome. Total recommendation!

The location in the middle of a lagoon was very nice..
The in-house cook and food was very good.
There was a nice pool and games to play including pool table, table football and board games.
Bikes for free and motorbikes to rent.
Room and bathroom also la nice environment.
