It was very well maintained by Co and her lovely family, and we could access the staff at any time of the day if we had any questions. We felt so welcomed here and Co organised some amazing activities for us that really helped us immerse ourselves in the beautiful culture of Sa Pa. The location of the property was also excellent, it was a short walk into find some great restaurants but was rural enough that we got to enjoy a lovely peaceful stay. Nothing!

Co and her family were amazing hosts, the family dinner was one of the highlights of our whole vietnam trip. The location is great for going on walks around the nature and close to ta van village to go for lunch. Bedroom was small but comfortable, and the shared bathroom was clean. I definitely recommend staying here. The homestay is around 25mins from the centre of Sapa, so the location is better suited for a more remote and nature

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Co at Sapa Big Tree. Had an awesome couple of days trekking around the surrounding countryside as well as visiting the summit of Mount Fansipan. The family dinners Co puts together are a special time to become friendly with the other guests as well as Co and her family. The food is also the best I’ve had during the first 2 weeks of my Vietnam trip. Co goes above and beyond to arrange activities and make you feel welcome.

Nice family dinner and very friendly host who cares about the customers. Beautiful view when not foggy. Big hill to go to the Homestay, not accessible by cars. Tiny double bedroom.

I cannot recommend this homestay enough! Ms Co was a wonderful, welcoming host with a cosy little house right amongst the rice terraces. The communal areas and bathrooms were so clean and the double room was very comfortable. It was so peaceful and the food was some of the best we’ve had in Vietnam. We did a trek from Sapa town to the homestay which had stunning views. We also did a trek on our second day into the valley, through the local villages. Ms Co helped arrange all of this and was great with communication. Our guide Mama Zine was so lovely, had a hilarious sense of humour and now holds a very special place in our hearts. We cannot thank you all enough for looking after us and letting us into your home. Nothing. We loved our stay. Not to do with the homestay, but It’s worth nothing that we visited in early April and it was so hot!! We packed too many layers that took up space in our bags when we didn’t need them.
