The dinner inclusion in the Residence Club was a surprise, and the fact that the club lounge is available all day is very convenient and a bonus . The staffs were very friendly and their English was excellent !! The whole team ( Annie, Luna, Leo, UV , Van) was great especially Annie, she’s such a lovely young lady, she makes guests feel comfortable and relax to enjoy what the lounge has to offer. I’m sincerely wish her a happy and lots of luck for the New Year.

I’ve stayed at a various hotels for my trip and none of the hotel can make nice strong hot cappuccino .

We enjoyed our stay as it was a convenient location. The staff was very accommodational and obliging, friendly and personable. The room service was prompt and efficient. The club lounge provided us with a variety of exceptional food and drinks, which made it easy for us.
The bed was a little too hard for my back, which caused some back pain, however this is only a small matter.

Highly recommend getting the club lounge if you’re coming from another country as they know how to speak English and their service is amazing! Club lounge manager and staff are our absolute favourite, they made my son want to go there everyday because of how welcoming and friendly they are, we loved meeting them all! Special thanks to April, she went over and beyond with her service and so did everyone else! Honestly our favourite place and we will definitely be back.
Level 5 is more of 3 stars than 5 starts to be honest! we stayed their for few nights due to change of room highly recommend asking for the higher leveled rooms..

Amazing hotel, the staff is great, the Location very Central (you can walk easily to the main sightseeing sights).
I would recommend taking the Lounge offer, you basically get free food and drinks in the evening and coffee and drinks all day long, besides amazing views from the Lounge terrasse on the 10th floor
