Excellent beach, always cleaned by the resort team very early in the morning. I believe it would be perfect if a beach bar was located on the beach itself. The swimming pool complex is huge, with a convenient separation from the adults' ones to the children's ones. The breakfast-dedicated restaurant is second to none in cleanliness, with enormous and delicious food diversity and the capacity to handle many people very comfortably. The beach restaurant is quite good as well. The whole staff was very pleasant and ready to support you whenever needed. Finally, an extremely clean and neat balcony-equipped suite on the 10th floor, with a full front view of the swimming pool, trees, and both the sunrise and moonrise at the beach. I believe the policy of not serving lunch at any of the two restaurants to the great majority of guests who did not opt for the not exactly costly beneficial all-inclusive package did not seem very smart to me. The fact that lunch is only served in the room(?!) from 11 am to 5:30 pm in a front-beach hotel, actually forces some guests to find out feeding and drinking options at a few very good beach clubs and independent beach-front restaurants in the range of less than a hundred meters from the hotel, as it happened to me and my wife.

For our family of 4 (two adults, one toddler and one teenager) Superior suite was the best setting. The room had a bedroom and a leaving space with a sofa, coffee table and another big bed which was possible to separate from the rest of the room by the rolling wall. The room also had two bathrooms, all together It worked really well for one week comfortable stay. The hotel is big and was full during lunar new year but we didn’t feel crowdy (maybe couple of times at peak time at breakfast, but it wasn’t too bad). Thea area where the hotel located is new and there is no much stuff outside of the perimeter, maybe 5 restaurants and a couple of convenient shops. Anyway at some places in Phu Quoc (after we stayed at Mövenpick ) there is nothing at all outside of the hotel gate. The beach is nice but might be a bit wavy and then waves bring some rubbish to the shore. But it can be anywhere.

We liked the pool and the location, the kids' club was nice and large. Breakfast was very yummy. they offered a courtesy bus to Sunset Town which was beautiful. They charge you for ice and take 45mins to deliver it. After we complained, it was for free. There was no separate conditioner or body wash in the showers, just a single 2-in-1 bottle. Hardly any staff was available at the pool bar.

The staff especially in the restaurants was so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing!! So many options and so delicious. The pool area was so big that it was never crowded and was located right next to the beach. The beach was beautiful. The spa offered amazing treatments and was beautiful and quiet.

The facilities were great, my children loved the various pools and the beach was beautifully maintained. Breakfast was varied and delicious It’s not super close to anything being on the back side of the island but taxis are available and it’s easy to arrange drivers/cars for various trips

It had it all. If someone likes to stay at the hotel, you could, all the pools, gym, sauna, spa, beach, restaurant and let’s not forget amazing breakfast. Only one slide in the pool was operational which we knew about well before. Because the pool wasn’t packed with kids, this wasn’t an issue but if there was a lot of kids at the time, they would need to wait in queues. But still, it wasn’t a problem for us.

Good hotel, location is fine, some restaurants option in the area. There was a lot of trash in the sea. Of course this is not something they can do anything about just something to consider

Very beautiful beach, the food was great, a lot to choose from for breakfast, the staff was super kind and nice, we were able to resolve any issues that came up. the pool is great, the rooms are clean and nice. the beach chairs mattresses get wet and it takes a while to get them dry. some of them look quite old and have stains. there was a bit of garbage in the sand even though it's the hotel beach. the air conditioners in the rooms are quite noisy. both my friend and I had issues sleeping without ear plugs due to the noise coming from the air conditioners. We paid a bit extra to get a nicer room because the photos that we saw at booking.com were photos of 2 different rooms, which we were unaware of.
