Wow the room so clean and sunset view. Although it is a 3-star hotel, the service is very good, the breakfast is extremely delicious. One more thing is that the staff are extremely enthusiastic and friendly. They are ready to help you during your time here. If you want to stay in a 3-star hotel in the city center at a low cost, this is a great choice!

The breakfast quite simple, but scrambled eggs, pancakes were made by the cook "on demand" so it was very cool. Location very close to the public beach, close to the bars and the main street, but very quiet. Mosquitoes in the evening, but it is not hotel's fault :)

best location close to the beach and 7 minute walk to king kong mart. all the staffs so kind and helpful. Beautiful swimming pool and it was clean. We spent 7 days at hotel and hotel wasn't fully booked, not many people in the pool that was good for us. We love the breakfast also. anyone can enjoy in the beach.

We got a free upgrade to an ocean view room which was a great start. Drinks at the sky bar was fun. Staff were lovely and helped us to organise boat tickets to Ha Tien. Location was perfect, near beach and lots of restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. Kids had a blast in the pool. Nothing, we loved our stay. 4 nights wasn’t enough time in Phu Quoc

Freindly helpful staff, great poolside rooms. Big bed, with enough floor space for an extra bed for kids. Nice location, easy to book tours or walk around exploring. Central access to both north and south.

Lovely staff, hotel and closed to the beach. For us, it was the best location we could have asked for. Nice breakfast every day. We just loved our vacation here and would love to come back to this very area and hotel. If anything, the bed was a little too hard for me. That tends to be an often and common personal issue in most places I've been to on this journey. This hotel is not an exception.

The staff attends to our request for changing the room. The road leading to the main road is too narrow. Will cause accident if the driver is not careful.

We spent 11 days in this very nice hotel near the beach. The room was big and clean. Breakfest very good and varied. Lovely staff, beautiful beach 200 m from hotel and main street 350 m where you can do shoppimg and eat samething. We recommend

one of the best places we stayed during our holiday. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, so couldn’t enjoy everything, but definitely a place to come back. huge and clean room and bathroom, balcony overlooking the ocean. Although the staff couldn’t speak much English, they were all keen to help with the help of a translator. The building is in a back street that made it quiet, but was is in 5 minutes walk away from the main road. we left very early in the morning, so couldn’t enjoy breakfast, but got some packed food instead.

Very nice pool. Good view from breakfast room. Breakfast is not great. Occasionally had bacon, nice eggs to order. Cereal inedible cos it was stale. Didn't use gym or sauna ( the sauna door looked ready to fall off). Could be better with a little maintenance and proper cleaning.No doubt suffering from covid lack of money. Got free shuttle to and from airport which was a bonus. Only realised on check out had a roof top restaurant/bar, which was a shame. Mossies were a bit of a problem. Bring your own zapper! Highlight of the hotel was An, the sweetest receptionist ever! Always cheerful and smiling 😁 Needs more attention to broken things and cleanliness in the rooms. (Door lock, safe and TV remote all not working in my first room)
