Strong air conditioning, linens were clean, furnishings were nice, great access to beach,grab cars, and restaurants. No hair conditioner.

I love the interior, the staff was incredibly helpful, breakfast buffet was incredible and changed each day. The pool was pleasant with a view, option to order drinks and charge the room. There is a shuttle bus for free after check out to the airport. Nothing

The room have enough space for two people and clean. Beautiful view on the sea, but without balcony. The bed sheets is changed every day and towels also. The staff is also provided beach towels every day. The hotel have sky bar with good view and swimming pool on the roof. The hotel is provided free shuttle from/to airport. The hotel don’t have own beach, but city beach is very close and free (sun longer also). Breakfast is normal, but can be better, a lot of Korean food and small amount fruits. If you ask early breakfast it’s just sandwich with milk, water and apple. Poor mini bur, only water

Best breakfast I had in my 3 weeks in Vietnam. Excellent choices, fresh food, wide variety of foods from every nation. Fantastic They don't serve an evening meal, but it was a good prompt to go out and explore and I am glad that I did. Some fabulous little restaurants within a very short walk

Our second holiday at the hotel. Completely satisfied again. Beautiful rooms - with sea view and nice view, good breakfast. Great rooftop pool with a fantastic view. In 2024 free bus service from the airport via Duong Dong to Grand World. Bus stop close to the hotel. Super breakfast service, thanks especially to Aries and her team, always friendly and courteous. Unfortunately no private beach. However, the sandy beach is only a few steps away from the hotel

All the staff is of the highest professional standards. All are friendly, helpful and lovely to deal with. This starts with the reception staff, the kitchen and restaurant staff are much beyond normal Vietnamese experiences, the chamber maids never miss the smallest bit of dust. Five star service all around. The breakfast is rich, with a full choice for any taste. Excellent Vietnamese coffee, not some powder. The lunch kitchen prepares delicious food. The reduced opening hours however are a pity. Last year the portions were bigger and it was open for dinner. The pool is nice and sufficient for us. Other customers may miss the possibility of sunbeds on the beach. The hotel is despite its excellent position not in front of the beach.

I was positively surprised. This hotel was awesome including the stuff as well. A specially “Aries” the supervisor was super friendly and helpful every singular time.I hardly can’t wait to go back again.

A beautiful and real 4 star hotel grade. The room was really confortable with a high level of finition (high ceiling, wide room, see view, insonorisation, bathroom). I have to thanks Chúa for her welcome and advice and Le Dien for managing with the room service minor tooics. I went twice at the sky bar the evening/night. I do not find the barman... There is no switch for the main light accessible from the bed.

Perfect. Clean and close to everything. Staff were always helpful and professional. Not enough seats around the pool area. I couldn’t sit around to supervise my children with all 8 seats taken up by people Sun baking. Maybe they could use the bar area if they wanted to sun bake without getting splashed by my children in the pool.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Room, beds, bathroom were all exceptional clean. Lots of variety in the breakfast buffet and was changed every day. Location was very close to the beach, 2mins walk. Also a short walk to the main street where you could dine at any of the restaurants. Nothing. My family and I were very happy with our stay and wish we could stay longer.
