The breakfast was really good, the cocktails taste nice too, we enjoyed the pool a lot too. Only 50m away from the hotel is a bus stop that brings you free with VinBus in all directions of the island. Unfortunately, demolition work is taking place on the neighbouring property, so there was a lot of construction noise during the day. In addition, the sound insulation to the neighbours was too poor. I didn't want to hear the noise from other bathrooms.

Charming bungalows, beautiful swimming pool. Plenty of restaurants around. Just next to the location there are serious reconstructions (demolishing a tall building) so it was really loud in the resort- they started even before 8 a.m. The good news is that this will not last forever and I know it’s not hotel’s fault - just sharing in case someone needs a quintet place.

Big room Close to everything (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, atm, bus stop) The spa was clean and professional, easy to book with short notice (although a bit more pricey than the places outside of the hotel area) Nice that they offer an airport shuttle (if the schedule doesn’t fit your flight, the free bus is also just outside the hotel every 10 min) The pool area is too small compared to the number of guests, hard to get a sun chair and the pool is very crowded and noisy No pool towels No space outside of the room to relax (no terrace) The beach is on the other side of a road with lots of traffic, it’s fine but not great compared to other places on the island Expensive drinks of poor quality Weirdly places shower in the middle of the bathroom with no curtain, all bathroom is wet every time you use it

Good location of hotel in centrum of city, in all directions possible find kafe / restaurants, massages, 700 m also supermarket with food and souvenirs and clothes. Bed and extra beds comfortable, pillows comfortable. Nice breakfast area - bambus tree made building - terrace. GYM was also ok with new eqipment, served drinks-water, touwels, shower...Breakfast not very reach, but everything You can find there. Hotel territory green with many plants, nice. Pool floor with stone mass couting, for us not comfortable to walk in and out, without safety handles. In front of hotel going on demolation of multistore building, which was noisy. Around pool too less number of rest beds, there are free spaces - could be putted some more beds.

This was our second stay here and everything was perfect again. One problem we had here and that was a demolition of a building next to the property. All day was very noisy and I think the property should warn their customers when they make a reservation! In another recent booking there was the same issue but property reduced prices and warned us in advance.

Small top pool secluded and private (at least until adjacent huge new hotel opens) Breakfast was good. Generally noisy. From road all hours, adjacent building work from monolith going up next door during daytime and next door karaoke bar in the evenings.

Lovely location for breakfast, overlooking the swimming pool. Good choice of breakfast - from fresh fruit juice to eggs, bacon and full continental and Asian cuisine. We loved our private villa, it was spacious and clean and looked over the pool area. Pretty good value for money. Central to cafes and restaurants and a walk across the road and down a lane to the beach. Many thanks M Village! This is a lovely property situated on the main road on Phu Quoc - around about 15 mins back to the airport, so on the south. In some respects a good location, but due to the style of the property almost feel it should be down a private lane and in a quieter part of the island, slightly higher north. We would come back though so overall happy!

If someone is looking for a resort with lush green garden, cozy rooms and walking distance from the busyness of Long Beach's shops and restaurants, M Village is a great place for that. Guests could use both M Village's and M Tropical's facilities, so it's great to have 3 pools and 2 gyms to choose from. The staff is really kind and helpful and available all the time. Motorbikes are available to rent for 160 VND for 24 hours, which is a great deal if you want to visit other areas in the neighbourhood. The room was a bit worn, it could have a little refurbishment/maintenance. The white wall paint in the shower turned brown because of the water, there are a couple of cracked tiles and unused drill holes on the walls. These things are easy to change and the result would make a big difference. The breakfast options are mainly focusing on Asian cousines, so it would be great to provide a wider choice of fruits and maybe granolas as well. The bar is a bit overpriced and the 10% happy hours discount doesn't make it more attractive either. Some guests mentioned it already, but the pool towels are really small indeed. It would also important to mention that there is a construction site right next to the resort. We stayed for 5 days and on 3 days the workers demolished the 10 level concrete building with air hammer from 8 am to 5 pm. It was that loud that we couldn't hear each others word by the pool. Of course it is not the fault of the resort, but if is important to know if someone would come here to relax.

Room was very clean and comfy. Staff great, helpful and friendly. Gym great, pool good. Breakfast ample, staple fare well presented. Housekeeping excellent. Construction site behind the hotel was active from 7am till 5pm - very noisy and spoilt the ambience. Pool could have been cleaner - there were bits floating in it. Overall the resort was comfortable and if you want to go to Phu Quoc, go now as it will be unrecognisable in five years due to the amount of construction going on.
