• Good location, close to the major acctractions of the city • Swimmming pool • Room spacious, comfortable with nice sea view - Couldn't find a mart/store nearby to buy waters and/or necessary things - Appreciate for the late check-out arrangement until 1pm, yet the key was not functional after 12pm. It would have been wondetful of this was considered from the key issue time when checked-in

Friendly and helpfull staff at the front desk. Nice rooms with good view. Decent breakfast with good variety of foods. Service at the poolside restaurant was not great, as it was difficult to find staff to order with.

The staff at Ariyana are truly amazing people they helped us 5 years ago and our items were still at the hotel. Amazing It’s clean the room was great

-everything was great clean spacious room, bathroom facilities good -wonderful variety for breakfast western and Asian available -good internet connection -easy walking distance to good eateries and the beach the waiting for the elevators !

we are travelling with a 1 year old with alot of energy. The apartments on the upper floors are spacious. hotel is near vincom center and goldcoast shopping center is also within walking distance. its clean. The floor is mopped everyday by housekeeping, but we still got dirty feet. everyone who works at ariyana is very nice and polite. We enjoyed our stay here. I will book again in the future. Thanks!

The layout and design of this hotel is very simple modern and refreshing! The lobby, restaurant, pool, gym amenities and facilities were well thought. Had great air circulation and high ceilings. The breakfast buffet on Level 30 allowed you to have breakfast and start the day with amazing views of the city. Both the beach sea views and mountain views. Location wise is good close to nearby shopping malls, food and drink outlets and the night market. The rooms were spacious, free flow of air, great that it has that kitchen, dining and lounge area which is great value for money and additional bonus for travellers especially families. The service of staffing was professional, sincere, friendly and proactive across all departments of the hotel. Level 2 has access to restaurants which is so convenient! Definitely recommend for anyone visiting and seeking accomodation at Nha Trang! We found the aircon would automatically update itself to a hotter temperature. So we had to often keep an eye to mitigate it reaching an unwanted temperature. Also whilst there is a kitchen in the room there is insufficient supply of cutlery or dining ware. Whilst it is promptly provided when requested it would be more convenient if it was already existent and supplied. Given the stovetop and sink, kitchen in room - may be worth having a washing machine/dryer.
