Beautiful, specious, clean and cozy space, friendly and attentive professional staff, good breakfast, great location. I enjoyed fully my stay in Melia Vinpearl I liked the place a lot, I’d only mention the fact that the pool area is located in a shadowed spot, therefore not suitable if you’d like to enjoy the sun

Friendly and helpfull staffs Location is great Thank you for your hospitality. I was not informed that my booking did not include breakfast until the checkin. It could be either my fault or the app's fault. Anyways, a bit disappointed as I always love the buffet breakfast when visiting Vietnam.

We loved our stay in Nha Trang and in the Melia. The hotel is convenient, everything is nearby - all amenities, shopping, beach. It is suprisingly quiet. We had a good rest and enjoyed the stay very much. nothing

The location of this hotel is ideal for people looking to explore the city of Nha Trang, which was perfect fro us. The staff were very friendly and helpful, were always able to provide guidance around the city if required, they also let us keep our bags there for an extra few days while we visited another city, free of charge :) The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, the room was cleaned daily. Overall very affordable, good value for money and would stay here again :) Only downside was that no meals were included and the food in the hotel was quite that expensive, however, not a big issue when the rest of the city is at your doorstep!

Very nice hotel with beautiful decor, location excellent with walking distance to beach (700m), staff were very helpful & friendly especially the front desk & concierge. Rooms were spacious , we had a 2 bedroom. Air conditioning was abit cold , pool staff need to smile abit more.

The staff were amazingly helpful and always went the extra distance to help out as much as they could. Sometimes the Tour desk wasn't manned but don't worry because they can arrange tours within half an hour-great service!

The location was extremely convenient. A short walk to the night market and beach . The staff were very helpful in particular Mai the restaurant manager . She went over and beyond for her guests . She took note of what we liked to have for breakfast and often had it prepared once we arrived. She even organised a massage and facial for me, all I had to do was turn up ! She was simply amazing and was the highlight of our stay. The pool was a nice touch and ample space even when other guests were enjoying it . There was always somewhere around the pool that you could relax in . The hotel was immaculately at all times and smelt beautiful once we walked in the doors If I have to be picky, on arrival we checked in and no information was given about the hotel or surrounding area. We had to discover for ourselves which wasn’t an issue. But Mai the restaurant manager was very informative and gave us lots of tips on where to go and how to get there . Thank you again Mai. I think the only downside was the elevators were stuffy and so was the corridor leading to rooms . But not a big issue.
