Location, big and comfortable room. Some area at the beach is only for people from the apartments where you can get free beach towels. Owners tried to do everything to make the vacation better. It was impossible to pay the cost of apartment contactlessly by virtual VISA card at BBVA application though the virtual card was accepted to pay at other places in the city. The breakfast is delivered to a room every morning, no big choice, more for local people, the quality of soups is questionable as we tried local soup in other places and we liked it more. The conditioner is almost opposite to the bed, so be careful ... .

The apartment is spacious with an amazing view of the beach. Two huge en-suite bathrooms with fantastic act baths and separate shower. Everything we needed was there including a full size fridge. The location was close to eateries, shopping and right across the road from the beach. We thought this place was very reasonably priced. There is not a lot to dislike. The balcony is small given the largeness of the apartment.

The location and staff were excellent. The help and attention given by the customer service lady (Tuyen) was exceptional, leaving the tourists of Nha Trang and Luxury Apartment at Zoom Costa with many lingering memories. I especially like the large and comfortable kitchen area, with full cooking equipment: rice cooker, microwave, water heater and dishes... Suitable for cooking for our family. The market is also nearby so it's very convenient to get around, and the price of buying food in Vietnam is very reasonable. Omg!!! Seafood is very fresh and delicious! There's nothing to give a bad review here. Everything is perfect at this large 2-bedroom ocean view apartment

Apartment was lovely; clean & well appointed. Cleaners visited every day with clean towels. Breakfast was yummy; a choice of pho or Bahn mi with fresh juice every day. Staff were fantastic! Serein & Lucy couldn’t have been more helpful & took great care of us. Communication was easy, we just used WhatsApp. Beautiful sea view from the balcony & the pool on the second floor. Beach just across the road with free reserved loungers & sun umbrellas. Nothing! Fabulous stay with beach!

the views from the 3 balconies were exceptional. the size of the apartment was incredible the apartment needs to be maintained. cupboards were falling apart. shower fixtures need updating. the tv needs to have a manual on how to use it. all of it in Vietnamese hard to understand the balcony needs at least 4 seats with the table.

The view was amazing. Serein and her team made our stay comfortable. Communication was always quick and helped us with whatever we needed. Breakfast could have more variety instead of the same options every day
