My second time here and it blew me away, again. It’s an incredible experience being deep in the jungle and yet have the luxury of a comfortable room where every detail is taken into consideration, from the baskets to take your things to the beach to the amazing outdoor bathrooms. I love Mango Bay and would come here again and again and again. Nothing, but if I had stayed longer or was coming back I’d ask to be a bit further from the restaurant as Room 3 had quite a bit of footfall outside.

My favorite place on the island. Situated in the less crowded north part of the island, Mango Bay resort is an incredible sustainable place surrounding by jungle, with an astonishing and peaceful beach.

Mango Bay is exceptional. A true eco hotel, you are surrounded by nature, in lush jungle. Our room was enormous far bigger than we expected with views through the jungle down to the clear waters. The food is DELICIOUS, fresh, tasty and healthy. The menu is large so even though we were there for 8 days we didnt get bored. The beach is pristine and there are free toys for the children to play with as well as paddle boards and kayaks. On weekends they have great live music at sunset and screen kids movies on the lawn. We are pretty fussy travellers but this exceeded our expectations, was complete value for money and we couldnt recommend it more highly. Nothing. It was fantastic. SO much better than the other resort we stayed at on Phu Quoc that was 3 times the price, claimed to be an eco hotel but was not.

Great resort area, very much in the nature. Not busy (we were there mod of November), great sunsets. Free Yoga classes in the morning. Nice bungalows. Be aware that it's very much in the nature and that nature can make a lot! of noise, so pack earplugs. Also don't be afraid of big spiders etc. Food was okay, but not excellent, what we expected for the quite high prize. Tour information center wasn't very helpful.
