We’ve stayed in a poolside villa and thoroughly enjoyed it! Comfortable, nice decor, very private! Worth the extra penny for the pool access It is a secluded resort- it was perfect for us, to relax after busy time and enjoy the peace and quiet, but I imagine it’s a bit far away from the town for some people.

Room Selected was the perfect location in main building - several footsteps from the ocean Breakfast was varied and spoilt for choice Everywhere on site was clean, accommodating Swim up pool bar was nice Lovely pool BBQ evening dinner around the pool with live music is a must !! Sea water is lovely - private beach area with plenty sun beds Attentative beach staff Buggy drivers are very friendly & courteous The room selected, trying not to be over critical, was let down by the staining of the kitchen & ancillary stone based sinks Very stained and off putting Room otherwise was big with bathtub facing the ocean with a huge cornered balcony on the first floor.

The property is very nice, the room sizes are quite big. Since the property is quite far from the town, it would be good if the food menu has more choices, as the present menu is very limited.

Great private beach. The pool was nice, clean, and big with a cool pool bar. Very friendly staff all across the property. Very helpful especially the receptionist that checked us in. The cleaning staff had no patience and rang the bell early every morning to check if we needed the room cleaned. Multiple people, which got a bit annoying.

We loved how accomodating the staff were - just being at the accomodation was so easy. The buggy service was excellent Once again staff were superb, from the bell boys (special thanks to Quang), reception, beach staff and even the security at the parking gate. 100% would recommend I also really enjoyed how private the public spaces felt There were a few cracks within the accomodation and it took away from the luxurious feeling - not major but something to note

The staff and the room were super nice! The pool and the views are amazing. The breakfast is delicious but it was really hot in the restaurant because the aircon wasn't working. In case you need them, they have free transfer from and to the airport but have really reduced times. For a 5 star hotel, I was expecting more like iron in the room (you have to pay extra to get your clothes ironed), more details in the room like more towels, slippers, water (it is too small, only one sip). To rent a motorbike is 200k dong for only 12h (super strange), so we ask them where we can rent a bike outside, and they were annoyed by this question. The hotel is 20 mins by bike from the main road we expect to have transfer at least but they didn't have... you have taxis outside the door, but of course, they try to trick you into paying more, so we have to request a grab every time that we want to go to the town. There are a lot of details that make them not feel like a 5 star hotel... I won't recommend to my friends

The food was very standard for a buffet breakfast in Vietnam.

Wonderful secluded hotel set on private beach. Room was clean and spacious. Pool area exceptionally clean. Plenty of covered rest spaces to escape the inevitable downpour. Restaurant was limited as still low season but enjoyed our meals. Taxis always on site for a trip or meal away from the resort. Very serene and just the antidote to four days in Saigon. Vietnamese signature massage at the spa was fab. Not enough bottled water in the room and bar prices high with the nearest store being quite a trek. Apart from that small, first world problem nothing bad to say at all!

We had the bungalows, it’s was big and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Has its own beach with Kanu. Laundry service was too expensive.
