We had a bungalow beach front, wonderful view. We appreciated the silence in all the resort, there was no loud music and all the guests were very polite and almost whispering to each other, very relaxing. Big room, nice bathroom with a wonderful shower!!! Great food at the restaurant and amazing massages at the spa, ladies were very professional Also the swimming pool was very nice Bar and restaurant close too early, at 10 pm and there is no beach/swimming pool service. A lot of mosquitos, but it’s normal being in the nature (they sell mosquitos repellent at the reception)

I agree with all the positive reviews. This is really a well laid out magical place. The pool and ocean are great for exercise swimming and since less than half the rooms were occupied during our stay it was very relaxing. The restaurant is right over the water and breezy and the breakfast is ample. I also like the long entry road which is well maintained and woodsy. The staff is excellent and charming. The photos don't show that most of the bungalows are doubled up in the same building and not free standing, including our top end ocean view room. This is less private than hoped for and it should be made clear on the Booking site. Maintenance is also a problem, with all wood surfaces in the resort badly in need of some high-quality stain and some of the loungers coming apart. A good scrubbing with a Kaercher would also help the concrete and tile areas. The exercise room equipment is rusting, and the pool cues are not serviceable. The resort should also work with the other resorts to clean up the road to the nearby village, where there are shops and restaurants, which is filthy even by low Vietnamese standards. The same goes for the small public beach/forest areas on either side of the resort, one of which leads to a long beach walk but is far too dirty. Visitors should in general be aware that Phu Quoc often resembles a dump with beaches outside of the upscale resorts.

The beach area is small but lovely. The gardeba are really pretty.. This is a lovely spot. The reception staff are excellent - so helpful and lovely. The bed is exceedingly hard - just a very firm sponge mattress. It gave me a.bad back. The restaurant is mediocre. Even local.dishes are.not that well done. The quality of the produxe including the meat is good, but the dishes are not well executed. It is not inedible.food, but just not very good especially for that price. I would walk to a restaurant nearby instead. Vietnamese food is lovely, and this is a shame. The service in the restaurant is mediocre too, with some staff with poor English. I knew I had a garden room..it was really a wooden hut. There is no view.at all.from.some of the rooms. Ours was like that.

We had a beach front bungalow. It was close to both the beach and the pool and we loved it. The pool is beautiful and is extremely well sited in the resort. The beach is clean and has lovely sun beds and hammocks. The area is kept clean and well maintained. The breakfast is good and well stocked. The restaurant is OK, not excellent, but the prices match and we ate there 3 times. The location on the dock over the sea is lovely. It was a shame that the gym was not working as its location is beautiful.

Perfect spot for relaxing. Restaurant at the resort is amazing and reasonably priced for the quality that you get. Free bikes on site which is perfect to get down to the town (only 5/10 mins away). Pool is fantastic and the beach is beautiful Only something little bit the mosquito nets over the bed did have a few gaps but in the wardrobe they do provide extra so no harm in popping another one on to cover them.

We recently stayed at this stunning resort surrounded by lush greenery. The cottages were fantastic, offering plenty of privacy. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our experience truly enjoyable. What's more, we could freely borrow bicycles to explore the surrounding areas. Oh and we loved the swimming pool! The breakfast time should be extended, preferably until 11 AM, as it's currently too short, leading to queues for eggs. While the restaurant is good, the prices are a bit high. Laundry services are also notably expensive at 35k dong per item, whereas in the nearby village, it's only 15k dong per kilogram. Additionally, there's a shortage of available scooters for rental. Furthermore, it would be beneficial to clear the bottom of the water from stones, as it's currently challenging to reach deeper areas.

Great pool and beach, quiet location and short walk to local shops and restaurants. Room large and comfortable. Breakfast good but dinner at restaurant was average, we ate out.

Everything, rooms, beach, restaurant, location ( a lot of restaurant around) and most of all the staff ! I've rarely seen that level of care and service in a hotel. Thank you so much !! If I have to say something : the breakfast could be a bit better for the hotel's standing
