Great location! Rooftop pool was nice although more sunbeds would have been good - and pool towels provided as the rack was always empty!! Staff were generally helpful, although the woman checking us in had a very officious attitude. Our room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was adequate but not great. Tea and coffee needed to be topped up more frequently. Incredibly petty policy regarding the minibar! 2 small bottles of water (not reusable) left on the cabinet were free but the (slightly larger) ones in the fridge needed to be paid for! At £50/night, it wouldn't have broken the bank to provide a limited number of free bottles in the fridge!! Consider also using reusable glass bottles!

The hotel is very well located in District 1, close to the tourist sites. We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good with a wide range of Asian and European foods. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and were able to help us to arrange transport for the next leg of our journey. Our bedrooms were reasonably spacious for a city centre hotel, with decent sized en suite facilities, and we made use of both the rooftop swimming pool and the gym while we stayed. All in all, good value for money. If you are someone who likes ultra modern, bright/light Western-styled 'Premier Inn' type hotels, this might not be the hotel for you, but we found the decor pleasing - very Asian in style and what you would want from a hotel in Vietnam.

Comfortable stay in the heart of the city within walking distance of all of the main attractions. Breakfast was superb with a wide selection that varied each morning. The roof top pool was small but good at quiet times, especially in the evening. The bedroom was comfortable Wifi was a little slow at times

Great location in district 1. Rooms superb, very clean. Great pillows and very comfy bed Need more drawer space for clothes. Pebbles around pool make it difficult to walk around
