Centrally located close to the market and museums. Reception was helpful in arranging tours etc. The small pool was more of a plunge pool.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! We are a recently engaged couple and the room was set up with swan towels and fresh rose petals. I sent a request in since we are celebrating and wanted to surprise my fiance. We were greeted by Kenny Vera and Alley who helped make our stay more comfortable. I forgot our bartender's name but he made lovely drinks! The strawberry gin & tonic was delicious (I don't usually do G&T). The beds are comfortable and black out curtains were wonderful for the early sun in Saigon. Our room 303 faces the street with a window so you can still see the bustle. Location is right in the heart of the city by Ben Thanh Market and surrounded by amazing eats (Michelin guides). You'll be situated on a predominantly Muslim street which makes it great for sleeping as it's a quieter street for the busy District 1. Everything was beyond exceptional, have no complaints. It was one of our favourite stays in our 2 weeks as everything is walkable.

Location is first class .not far from everything. 5 minutes to walking street easy walk . Every where else if you like take a grab cheap to take . Staff are first class . Front dask so helpful. And kenny on security to help at front door is an absolute diamond of a guy. Love this place lots of choice for breakfast to My only little grip is we stay in the room below breakfast room and could here the chairs being pushed backwards and forwards. But my only moan . I think this could be greatly reduced with some pads on the chairs easy fix

Very comfortable and excellent service particularly the two Receptionist (Alley and Vera) who were of great help to me when organising trips and places to see I’m probably being too negative with my “less than Excellent “ comment, so please don’t refer too much to it. The Air Con in my room was a little confusing compared to the usual Remote ControI units. I will certainly go back to it again if I get half a chance.

This was honestly a perfect stay for the three days I spent in Saigon. The location could not be better. It is right next to the main market and 10 mins from the Cathedral. An honestly perfect perfect location. The staff were amazingly nice, especially Dennis and Dustin! The woman who works in the restaurant upstairs was also amazing! Extremely nice staff, very clean and comfortable room and perfect location! The pool advertised at the rooftop is a bit unwelcoming and could be better done!

This was a fantastic hotel, I stayed here 3 times during my 6 week trip in Vietnam. The location was great, the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful (especially Alley and Henry, thanks again!) The rooms were clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and I would definetly stay here again and recommend others do to.

The hotel is situated perfectly near one of the major markets and is a great price for its value. Room was very clean and spacious. There are not many rooms on each floor so you will likely have a peaceful stay without much noise (I had a windowless room). The breakfast options were diverse and very good. I wish there was a gym in the hotel

Kent, Kenny, Alley and Vera were all so welcoming and helpful during my stay. Room and facilities were above expectations and very comfortable. Great location in district 1 close to many museums and points of interest. Cho Ben Thanh Market is across the road basically! Nothing, I wish I could've stayed longer
