A magical place. Super pools, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, awesome view, big rooms. Nothing. Maybe the forced deposit, that we did not know anything about, of 8m VND. For room service, restaurant etc. The idea is great, but we did not bring a credit card, so we will not see the refund of the remaining money until 60-90 days

Everything is clean. The staff is almost overly friendly. There is always so much noise everywhere, be it the kids club, films they are playing outdoors or parties. There is no possibility to have a calm dinner in the whole resort.

Beautifully clean, modern resort. Wonderful buffet breakfast included and facilities on site. The bed was one of the best I’ve slept on in Asia! We enjoyed our stay here. The location is a little remote from the main town, recommend hiring a motorbike to get around freely. The hotel also should add water dispensers around the hotel to allow guest to re-fill their bottles.

This hotel is all out fantastic. The staff is delivering service on a very high level catering to your every need. The food is great and the breakfast is perfect with a very big selection of Asian and western food. The private beach at the hotel is just wonderful Could have been more sun beds at the beach, but it is a minor detail. In general we do not have anything to say about the negatives

Big and clean rooms. relaxing vibes and environment in beach club, free chocolate hour, a variety of daily classes and good spa facilities. Being a 5-stars hotel under an international hotel group, staff’s English could have been better although nowadays google translate can help a lot.

The breakfast was quite varied and tasty. The pool area was nice with a big pool and many sunbeds. The hotel room interior was very pleasant looking. Being provided towels for pool/beach and free water everyday was very positive. The food from the «in room dining» menu was okay, but could be much better. We would prefer more variety and more flavour/spice to the meals, and perhaps more food from different cuisines. It would be great with more vegan options for both breakfast and other meals.

We were upgraded to a wonderful suite on a high floor. The view is exceptional. All employees are polite and nice. Breakfast is very good and diversified. The private beach and the pool are super nice. Must be the best experience we had for the price we paid The massage skills really need to be improved. It wasn't at all satisfying, or it didn't feel comfortable, or you felt nothing (even when I asked her to put in more strength). If it wasn't for the very nice spa space that we had free full day access to along with the massage, it would be very disappointing the 3m vnd massages that we paid. The employees' attitude was still very good though.

Lovely resort; Clean and comfortable; Staff were generally very pleasant and helpful; lovely pool and beach; wonderful breakfast buffet; great kids club and activities for children; Chocolate hour was nice; Restaurant food and service were very good; While 30 mins from the airport, there are plenty of other food options a short taxi ride away from the resort. A few more western food options (such as salads) would have been appreciated; 1 restaurant staff member, Tot, was incredibly rude at the breakfast service on our first morning there - this was reported to the management and they said they would follow it up, and I hope they do.
