Zolly, the host, and her family are amazing. We arrived at 6am after a night bus and she checked us in immediately. Staying here is like visiting friends. Just wonderful. We also went on a hike with Zollys sister in law, Ai. Lovely woman. Nothing could have been better here, really perfect stay that I can’t recommend enough. Thank you Zolly and family for making our stay so special

This homestay is the perfect place where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the SaPa mountains. Our room had an outstanding view even making it more worth of staying in the balcony and relax than going to the city centre. Also the room included a mosquito net which saved us! Zolly was a wonderful host, always ready to answer our questions and help us in everything! The food in the homestay is definitely a must! The trekking guide didn’t do justice to our expectations. If you consider to do one through the homestay make sure you get arranged with a family member. We were not so lucky with our guide and therefore we found ourselves in awkward conversations about negative aspects of the region and not so much about the views and SaPa culture.

The family-run homestay is off the main road and overlooks the beautiful valley. The familie are the nicest people you’ll ever meet, doing anything within their power to make your stay an unforgettable experience. We learned how to batik, went on a beautiful hike with daughter-in-law, and were well-supported with all our travel plans. Only thing I could perhaps come up with is the absence of airconditioning. The temperature at night is pretty mild though and the fan did its job.

Zolly and her family were very welcoming and kind to us from the moment we arrived, helping us with all our concerns. The room was perfect for two people, with a spectacular view of the rice fields. The food is delicious, several breakfast options (included), and also lunch and dinner. Right there you can rent a motorcycle or book a trekking tour to nearby towns. We would be happy to return to Sapa Farmer House. -

We LOVED the views, the hosts, the food, the location, and the trekking. The location is perfect if you need to unwind and relax. The host family are genuine, kind, and helpful people. If you want to get to know the local people, their traditions and culture, this place is ideal. Our trekking guide was very good at english and shared a lot about her way of life and traditions as she took us up through the mountain villages. Only thing I would say is there is a bit of mould in the rooms, but that's understandable when you are situated in the middle of rice fields.

Just out of the city where the air is clean and the views are spectacular. One minor thing is there was no air conditioning. But is wasn't really needed.

Our room was clean and looks exactly like the photo. The mosquito net was quite useful as the room was next to some empty rice fields. We had two dinners at the homestay as they served good home-cooked food. The staff was very friendly and they accomondated our request to have breakfast on the balcony in front of our room. We rented a scooter from the hotel and asked the hotel owner to help book a taxi to go to Sapa center for our bus to Hanoi. Everything was very smooth and pleasant during our stay here. No air-conditioner but it was expected and it was not hot during our stay.

Oh my, this was by far one of the best stays on our trip to Vietnam. A beautiful experience at this very friendly and gorgeous home stay. Ms Zolly and her family help wherever they can and communicating in English is perfect. Our trek provided by Thi (Ms Zolly's sister in law) was informative and inspiring

You can’t buy the feeling of peace, except you can, and it’s here. Private cabins with serene views of the valley. Zolly is the best host and trekking with her sister in law Ai was one of the highlights of my whole Vietnam trip- even on a rainy day! Well away from the touristy centre so you actually feel like your experiencing real local life Nothing!

Friendliest staff ever met . The place is owned by a local family. They are the staff , chef , cleaner , farmer , waitress etc. and they are always so helpful along the journey. You always felt safe and welcoming like at home. The view is amazing. Waking up in the middle of the rice fields with the rice paddy and mountain view is fantastic. It's easy to trek to a nearby local village. And the resort has restaurants that serve any meals that you can rely on in the remote area of sapa with 24 hours self service kiosk selling beverages and beers whenever you need it. Nothing dislike . It won't be a luxury stay like in the town, but they provide warmth , hospitality and necessity in the remote area
