i booked a triple room with a balcony, room having a enough space and separate seating area. clean, good location and center of the city, helpful staff.

It is located in the town area. Value for money. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They also arranged transfers to and from lao cai train station. We got a free upgrade for our room as we reached super early, and our room was not available since we only stayed one night. Spacious and clean. There was plenty of variety for breakfast. Will definitely recommend and will come again. Hot water lasts about 5 minutes. Then we need to wait a while before it gets hot again. It was just a very small issue since it was very cold when we went.

1. Very Spacious room 2. hotel is located right in the middle of Sapa Town 3. Hotel cafeteria serves variety of food for all foreigners. The sturgeon hot pot taste superb besides the sandwiches & fried seafood noodles ! 4. friendly & helpful staff from both the hotel (Liu Yen) & Cafeteria (Minh Tu). You guys are great! The hotel is located in city centre. Easy to access to nearby attraction like Sun Plaza, Sa Pa lake, Ham Rong Garden,Cat Cat Village and many shops along the street. All staffs are friendly and helpful. They also assist us to book train ticket or taxi. 5 star services 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Nothing

Central location, super friendly staff, good breakfasts. Our shower had low pressure and the shower head was only chest high. The rain head didn’t work properly.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff are really good. The restaurant downstairs had some lovely food, and the coffee was the best I had in Sapa. I got the last room and it must of been a smoking room, it was a bit like sleeping in an ashtray. I did arrive late so nothing could have been done.
