Amazing Staff and Top Services. We arrived very early in the morning and we were welcomed by big smile of Lanh, she spoke well Chinese and English. As many reviews, we were invited a breakfast, it was amazing. After that she also arranged bathroom for us to shower after long night trip. The room was hug and big windown look over to the mountain and city. It very close by the town but did not noisy as we thought, very quite at night. The area of property is very nice, green, much flowers and the cats in reception so cute :))). Next day after we check out, we were allowed to keep the luggages at the reception until we leave Sapa very late. We also can shower before take the night bus. But the big surprised we got a some sandwiches and waters before we leave from the man with beautiful smile. Thank you guys and we would hundres persent will recommend you. Very friendly staff and coffee at the shop was very nice

Hotel ambience is peaceful .and good service provided by staffs. Breakfast place has nice view and the food is good. The bath tub could not be filled up with enough warm water. The water temperature turns cold halfway when filling up the bath tub. More table top in the room would be great.

The position of Sapa Pine Hill Eco Lodge was perfect. It was positioned on a slight hill up a laneway almost in the centre of Sapa . With this position it was quiet and had great view over the town and of the surrounding mountains. I stayed in a one bedroom villa. Everything was amazing from the heated bed to the bathroom with a wooden bath and shower. I loved sitting on the balcony looking out over the scenery.. The breakfast was excellent. The staff even prepared a takeaway lunch for our trip back to Hanoi! Nothing not to like

The breakfast was excellent and it was offered complimentary the first day when we arrived at 7.30. the staff were lovely and helpful suggesting coffee shops and eating places. We were also upgraded to a bungalow which was ready by 10am. It was cold!

We loved our stay at the Sapa pine hill eco lodge and it certainly made up for the two days we couldn’t see anything because of the fog.. when the sun did come out out the view from our bungalow and throughout the lodge were fantastic. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, especially Ricky who even organised us food for our bus journey on to Hanoi..

This hotel is so beautiful. we come during cold season, surprisingly the bed has heat pad. there is also heater in the bathroom. the staff is extremely friendly. They even prepare us Halal lunch box during our check out. Definitely will recommend to friends and family. the room is quite hot during afternoon because near big window. but its not bad

The staff very nice, I already checked out at 12pm. The staff giving us permission to put out luggage at lobby since our bus to Hanoi around 10pm. Apart from that, the staff also giving us permission to perform our prayer at Level 2 before we back to Hanoi at night. Thank you so much Lanh and Vinh! We enjoyed our stay here! 😍 None
