Great central location for a good price. The breakfast is pretty good. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially as we stayed during the Tet holiday. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. It feels a little bit old and the furniture design is old fashioned, not really an issue but just means it's not amazing. I would still stay there again though due to the other positives. It's slightly down an alley but it's busy and feels safe.

We really liked the location, because it is in the old quarter, close to everything, but on a small side street, which means it is quieter than a bigger street. The room is big enough, very clean, we had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, with enough options for us. The staff is very nice and prompt! Because we were there during winter time, there was a bit cold in the room. But the issue was solved right after we told them, they switched the air conditioning on heat mode and it was better.

We, my partner and I, stayed 3 nights in the "Deluxe Rooftop Double Room" - we had the room facing backyards, looking into the Old Quarter, which could not have been any better for us :-) Nice and spacious room, comfy beds, with small balcony. Hanoi may be loud at times, but you will not be affected here. Everything according to description. Smooth airport pick-up service in the morning. Very heartfelt welcome by the host. We were offered breakfast as our room was not ready yet. Accompanied by some luck and fast cleaning service, we were able to check in prior of time :-) (highly appreciated after a full day of travel!) Very friendly staff - your host will support you in and organise everything for you, with useful insights! (Spa, SIM, tours etc). Location is great - you can visit all places by foot and soak in the spirit of Hanoi. Very good place to start your journey through Vietnam :-) Breakfast options could be better, sure, but if you do not find anything matching your taste, you have the full range of Hanoi culinary right outside your door ;-)

Excellent location. The bed was super super large and very comfy! Nice view from the high floor. Breakfast was simply but tasty. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. The decor was really outdated (it looks better in the pictures). But still a nice place to stay.
