Amazing spa and indoor pool would highly recommend. Breakfast buffet is also one of the best we've had so far in Vietnam. All the food is very fresh and very tasty. We also had good discounts for the spa which we weren't expecting. Location is great and nearby to everything we wanted to see. Hotel staff were fantastic and welcoming, helping us to organise guided tours and taxis with ease. Would highly recommend.

Great location - easy walk to most attractions. Comfortable hotel with a small bar area. Good sized rooms. Excellent, helpful staff. The shower screen drove me mad...water all over the floor and its a very small bathroom. Beds a little hard and pillows not very comfortable.

Very comfortable beds and spacious room. Loved having Netflix and Youtube on TV! Kind gesture by the hotel to throw in beer, water, and soft drinks, replenished every morning, at no additional charge. Being Vietnamese, we really enjoyed the Asian soup noodles at breakfast. Location of hotel is ideal for all the places of interest, so I definitely recommend Harmony Saigon if you are looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable, and convenient base. The shower could be hotter. Water was tepid, not hot enough to really enjoy a shower.

everything was good my daughter enjoyed the pool the food that order from restaurant it was really good and you can order to bring you the food at the pool side,very convenient good service for that price the breakfast can have improved the breakfast room is small so some people come to eat but they couldn't find a table so they must wait in the morning if you book a tour it may be possible to don't have time to wait. they have a massage service but it was not so good

Massage was great; room was very spacious with a good shower. Breakfast was good and came with a fantastic city view. Staff were so welcoming :) I can't really think of anything, except that the floor was incredibly slippery in the pool area, I almost slipped several times! And the window in my room looked out onto a brick wall, which didn't really matter but worth noting if this is important to you.

I liked the sauna and swimming pool facilities. Also, the breakfast was excellent with Kate providing an excellent service. Would have preferred a conventional door to a sliding one to the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly and the complimentary high tea was a nice touch, breakfast was also good with many options and delicious Vietnamese coffee. The location is excellent for tourism, with many YouTube famous food locations close by and sightseeing within walking distance or a very cheap Grab ride away — if you’re out off by the heat of the South. Henry left us a cute note on our last night, Rachel was also very helpful and overall the staff were an absolute delight. We stayed in the executive suite on floor 12, this meant that the view of Ho Chi Minh was exceptional, though it came with the downside of being located directly below the restaurant, which meant that morning and evenings could be very noisy as guests piled in for their complimentary meals. While the room was spacious there was not very much space to unpack our bags. The bathroom was also spacious, though there was very little bench space or shelves to store our products. There was also no hair conditioner, but it was easy to go purchase our own as there are plenty of convenience stores close by.

The hotel is located quite close to many of the main attractions. Plentiful buffet breakfast with both western and Asian choices. Beds are super comfortable. Rooms are very clean. We did have an issue with our door lock but, once reported was fixed very quickly. Spa serves were great! We won two complimentary massages at the New Year Eve Gala dinner. (Which was amazing) so we were very lucky. Pool was way too cold, but lovely area to sit around. Although free minibar was included the drinks on offer were not that great.

Location was great easy to get to main sites in the city centre and as it's off the main road it was quieter overnight (definitely a plus in Ho Chi Minh). Lots of options for breakfast, fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order etc. Staff were excellent - they could not do enough for you. Nothing we really enjoyed our stay here.

Super friendly and attentive staff at the door. They made the stay most memorable. Uncomfortable to have a shower in the bathtub. Bathroom would be all wet as there was no seal around bathtub or screen.
