everything exceeded my expectations. The room was huge, everything was clean, And the bed was super comfortable. for 15 USD a day, it was a great deal. This price was advertised as a promotional price at the time. The house keeping staff repeatedly woke me up from a nap knocking on the door even though I had the "Do Not Disturb" placard on the door handle.

Was messaged by Robin from the Villa team well in advance of my arrival to check what time I wanted to check in and if I needed any assistance I'm finding the property. Was very impressed with the overly attentive customer service. Beds where comfy and the AC worked well. Nice swimming pool as well which was nice to cool off after a very hot day. Recommend for a stay if you are in Hoi An!

The staff were very welcoming and eager to assist. The property needs more maintenance. Two outside chairs on my friends balcony were rotten and we fell through them. Which ended up being quite funny but it could also have ended badly.

Nice big space, luxuous look of the room and hygiene all good. Pool also enjoyable. But the best is host Robin, top service girl. Location is quite close to the beach and further away from old town.

The room and the bathroom were very spacious, with balcony and a desk too. It's ideal for a long stay as ours (2 weeks). The staff is always available at the reception (or though whatsapp), we booked several guided tours though them and they were all good. Highly recommended. Nothing.

Co Villas was a lovely place to stay in Hoi An. The room was quite large and access to a pool almost outside the door. The staff were excellent and the ladies doing breakfast were so helpful in making sure I got the menu adapted to cope with being a coeliac. It was bit of a walk into Old Town but then I got to see some things I may have missed. Also Grab cars were readily available at any time and very cheap.

Friendly and helpful staff and large rooms with a spacious and hot shower. Location is great, about 10min drive to the old town and beach. Beautiful rice fields nearby as well. Great value for money It is located just next to a party hostel with loud music all night long (until 5 am). Also it is located at a rather busy road so it can be hard to get a good night sleep

Beds were super comfy, the bathroom was spacious, and the pool was good too Right next door to a Mad Monkey so very loud at night, especially if your room is facing the street. Also, checking out was not a good experience. Once you hand your keys in, you have to wait for your room to be checked to see if you’ve taken any of the snacks on offer in the minibar. It’s not a good system - I waited around 15 minutes and I was in a rush with a taxi waiting outside.

Brilliant stay at Hoa Co Villas - rooms and and pools were lovely and the staff were so much help. They even brought me a cake as it was my birthday. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is really friendly and helpful, you can always send them a message with questions. It's nice that you can rent a scooter or bicycle for a good price at the reception. You need a bicycle or scooter to get to the city centre, but it's a nice and quiet location.
