Very comfy bed soft bed linen and a heater that worked it was so cosy The water was cold the following day

Great stay at Lotus to recover from doing the loop tour (we did it with another company but their hostel was sold out). We stayed in a private room which was absolutely huge, and for the price we were so happy with the facilities and breakfast which was included in the price (you must try the pancakes as they are amazing!!) We also did laundry and got it returned the same day for such a good price and the staff were always available to help. We did not do the tour with Lotus so cannot comment on the experience, but I did see a thorough safety briefing take place and that it was a small group (about 10-12 people). Continuous sewerage smell in the bathroom, yellowish towels and ants on the headboard. All minor and fixed easily but very inconvenient.

We arrived very late at night but the guy at the reception was still really nice and helpful. The room was perfect, very big and clean. We also booked the ha Giang loop tour with them and it went perfectly. Not being able to sleep more there, since we arrived at 4 am and at 8 am the tour started :)

We had an incredible time with the riders and our group, it was pot luck but we hit the absolute jackpot with the group of people he did the loop with! We couldn’t have picked better people and bear certainly did a fantastic job

The beds here were unbelievably comfortable! Just perfect for relaxing after a few days on the Ha Giang Loop (they also offer easy riders and tours here) The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had a great New Years even though there were only us and one other small group. A really nice bar area to hang out, with games, a small swimming pool and seating areas I left some jewellery and they weren’t able to sent it on to me to a different hostel. My fault for leaving it behind though

Managed to have early check in as Sleeper bus arrived very early and we were immediately welcomed and settled in our room which was so kind. Great breakfast included, pancakes are delicious. Fairly new hotel with everything you could need. Staff are so friendly and helpful, we hired a motorbike from them without a tour and they were excellent helping us and showing the route. Highly recommend.

The staff of this place is outstanding. They are very helpful and kind. They organise a lot of tours in Ha Giang, so they are a very good option. My tour went very well, my driver Nam was very kind and skilled In winter time, eating outside is not the best to be honest. Also the choice for the hostel in Dong Van can be revised

Great place to start the Ha Giang loop. The staff is really helpful with good advice. It was clean and comfortable. The restaurant / breakfast room is open so a bit cold depending on the season.
