Lovely breakfast! Good range of food. Clean pool and good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Staff were super helpful and great at helping us arrange transport to our next destination at a much cheaper cost than we had found elsewhere. Would be great if they had a water refilling station to save on plastic bottles.

This is a terrific hotel. We had a great room. Phuong, the Front Desk Exec was on WhatsApp with me since before we reached there and helped us be comfortable. She is a great person. The room was very well appointed, spacious and had a good view. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The Breakfast layout was a great spread and very sumptuous. Good Vegetarian options. We really enjoyed our stay at TTC Hotel Michelia, Nha Trang. Would like to come back

We extended our stay for many reasons. Phu'ong the receptionist was outstanding, always ready to help and make sure we were happy with everything. She made us feel like very valued guests. Our Junior room with balcony and sea view was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The pool area was lovely quiet and very clean with a pool big enough for a proper swim. Breakfast buffet was mostly Asian, but very fresh and lots of choice. Also thanks to Sang at the beach area who retrieved a phone we left and returned it to us. Excellent value for money with a Booking.com upgrade. Also the foot massage for 1 hour was well worth it. Situated at the North end the hotel enjoys a quieter environment yet is still close to shops and restaurants. We liked everything

We only booked for 1 night but found everyone and everything so lovely we immediately booked an extra 2 nights. 5 star staff and rooms with a proper pool and private beach area. We have been cycle touring for 1 month and stayed in a variety of accommodations, we needed some R and R couldn't fault this hotel especially as B.com upgraded our room to Junior Deluxe sea view . Fabulous breakfast too ! There is nothing to dislike .... except the American style coffee at breakfast!

I really enjoyed my stay I loved the location and pool area the kid friendly atmosphere and kids play area. The staff was amazing. I can not complain

The room was very good and the view was great. Thank you for the upgrade. Breakfast was good. The front desk staff were exceptional. The carpet with dirty spots was not appealing. Hard surface flooring is easier to maintain and perhaps in the future the hotel will install it

I had an upgrade to Junior so cannot complain :) The view is amazing, rooms are spacious, super comfortable, sparkly clean. Breakfast is generous Staff is very sweet and helpful Location is just few minutes walk from downtown so much more quiet and peaceful with the access to the beach within 2 min walk. Many restaurants and café around

We loved our Ocean View room, bed super comfy and enjoyed some relaxing time at the pool. Staff were helpful and gave us good suggestions for dinner.
