The hosts were a lovely family who made us feel exceptionally welcome and did everything they could to make our stay amazing. They made the best Banh Mi. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing welcome by the owner to be taken to a super clean room, spacious with a door to the outside terrace. Bed is a modern comfy mattress laundered sheets n pillows bathroom spotlessly clean and smells lovely . Lil fridge wardrobe sockets n light control by the bedside . Don't need the air con as building is cool... Booked another night because its so nice .. You must stay here when coming to Hoi An....

This hotel is really cheap so we got what we expected. The room was ok clean, there was hot water, and an AC. They let us leave our bags at the reception before check in and after check out. Honestly, the place is really old, with paint coming off, in the bathroom we’re not actually sure if it’s dirty or just old and used. Oh and we saw a cockroach in the hotel hall last night.

Staff was nice though some of them had limited English. Very helpful. Gave us a bigger room without extra charge. Bed was soft (Vietnamese standards). Super cheap and only 5-10 minutes walking distance to old town. Many food places near by. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, so would take a long time to was long hair.

I suggested them to include complementary breakfast as we will have to walk searching for breakfast. If the hotel requires, they may charge little more in the rent. Soap given is very poor quality. In case of gents guests it will be better to provide a shaver Commented above.
